Hello everyone. I have spent an average of six hours a day reading these forums and info about MMS since I found out about it Thursday morning last week - 5 days. I just decided that I was going to find the solution to my 'incurable' health problems once and for all.

Is there a place/link where I can find out how to mix all of the different solutions? Like the MMS, the spray bottle, the bath protocol, etc.?

Although I have read the MMS mix in Jim's book, it was with the vinegar only. Is the mix the same ratio for the citric acid? I just bought the citric acid and I am still not sure where to get my source of sodium chlorite. I did find this place on the internet shop.a2zhealthproducts.com/Sodium-Chlorite-Flakes-1lb-SCF-1.htm (which I will add to the other forum on suppliers) has anyone tried it/know of it?

Also, is there really any difference from the granules/powder vs. the flakes?

It seems that $50 is the going rate for a pound. A lot of the suppliers don't sell it in pound bags but already mixed. I like finding the cheapest available method and mixing myself would seem the way.

I know that we are not supposed to take Vit. C, but isn't citric acid = to Vit. C? Or lemon juice also Vit. C? Does this also mean that we shouldn't eat oranges/grapefruit or other fruits with Vit. C while on the protocols? Which, basically means, no citrus fruits since one would be taking the protocol every hour, all day. What about Vit. C in say, apples?

One more. I found out that Canadian Tire carries the pool cleaner. Haven't been there yet. But if I get that first, can I start with that and continue with the MMS1 when I get the sodium chlorite ? Or should I wait to start with the MMS1 first?

OK, for now. I seem to overload on questions, but I hope someone can help.

I can answer some of your questions. I assume that you have discovered the website...www.jimhumble.biz and next you might want to go to www.youtube.com and in the search engine field type MMS and wtch various people do some mixing. You will find all protocols on JH's website and in the new book.
The question of vitamin c is only about the synthetic vitamin C . It creates the problem ...not natural Vitamin C. With the exception of the natural vitamin C in oranges - which seems to cause the sodium chlorite not to activate. Yes, same ratio with lemons or limes or vinegar- 1 drop sodium chlorite = 5 drops of lemon or lime juice and 3 minutes of activation.
My training says to not start with MMS2 - Start with MMS1 at a one drop dose and work up or you might be really running to the bathroom. I have no experience with flakes or powders so I will leave that question to others to answer. Also, you might search this forum for your answers. There are lots of answers already filed here. Welcome aboard!

Thank s Cary, I guess though that I just wanted to know if I could eat them while doing the protocol. I did look at JH's website and did not find a place for mixing. I do remember seeing all of them on the forums somewhere, but I have spent so many hours and it was before I was accepted so I don't know where it is now. So I still need info on the sprays, bath and oh, if anyone knows if I can mix my shea butter with DSMO and the MMS1 solution, that would be helpful.

I am going to stick with the citric acid because from what I understand, it takes only 20 seconds to activate and I just bought some.

Hi Freeda,
I was confused at first too and then slowly but surely I started to catch on to the terminology and protocols. The easiest to start is the protocol MMS1000. You mix 24 drops of MMS1 and 24 drops of 50% citric acid together in a clear water bottle (32 oz) and then fill with purified water.. So that is a day's worth of solution. You then just drink 4 oz at a time every hour. Keep the bottle in the frig or carry a little cooler in the car if you want to go out to keep it cool. That is what I do and it is the easiest way.. You can mark off the bottle in 4 oz increments if you want so you know how much to drink at at time.. I actually use a 24 oz bottle and drink 3 oz at t time. You are still getting a 3 drop dose.

Good Luck!
Lorhen

Here are some pictures showing CDS being made using the Pavel Eiselt method. I used 100ml of activated MMS (50ml+50ml) in the generator bottle and 300ml/bottle x 3 for a total of 900ml of distilled water in the receptor bottles. That is a ratio of 1:9. At one hour the generator bottle liquid became clear, so I presume all the CLO2 gas had left the solution. Preliminary testing shows the three 300ml solutions combined into one bottle has a concentration of about 4000ppm.

The glass generator bottle was placed in a small stainless steel thermos bottle and 80°C hot water poured into the thermos to cover the solution in the bottle. The hot water would cool down to about 50°C, so the water in the thermos was replaced with fresh 80°C water each time period. There were 5 time periods when pictures were taken: 7, 15, 30, 45 & 60 minutes.

Yes Joe, you are correct. I used 50% CA for the activator, but other acids could also be used as well. So, it is more accurate when speaking of ratios, to state only the MMS to water ratio; in this case, 1:18.

Haven't tried an aerator in the generator bottle, yet. But, since all the CLO2 gas seems to be gone in about one hour, I probably won't use an aerator there.

It looks like you are using silicon tubing and drilling holes in the stiff plastic lids and getting good sealing with that. Is this correct?

Hello, Michael. Yes, fish tank silicone tubing was used. I did notice that the tubing which was exposed to CLO2 gas was changed from blue color to green. I drilled 6.0mm holes in the glass bottle plastic lids, but found they were too big. So, new lids with 5.5mm holes were drilled and o-rings were used to get a good cap to bottle seal.

There is some gas escaping, but not nearly as much as my previous method of making CDS. The kitchen exhaust fan was running as well as another fan which pulls in outside air & pushes it out an open window in another room.

It also appears you did not get any carryover into your first bottle either. I'm talking about the red globules that would form sometimes in the cold water bottle.

I did not see any orange/red globules using this method as I did using the older method of making CDS. Might be because the receptor bottles/water were at room temperature and not cold as before.

Were you getting any chlorine dioxide exiting the last tube out of the final bottle?

When the process was started I did not smell any gas coming from the last bottle exit tube, which is run through a hole in the wall to the outside. Near the end of the process there was a noticeable amount of gas from the tube

Re: New CDS Data with Jim Humble (Chlorine Dioxide Solution) 12-26-2011
Hi, Healthminded. Yes, that is exactly what I did...combined the three bottles into one large glass bottle (a 1.5 liter glass wine bottle). Then I added 225ml of distilled water for a total of 1125ml of CDS, as I had estimated the original 900ml of CDS was about 4000ppm. Testing with test strips (3 tests) confirmed that the CDS was now 3000ppm. So the ratio of MMS to CDS is 1:22.5, not including the CA activator. So, in the future I will mix 50ml of NaCLO2 with 50ml of CA in the reactor/generator bottle, and use three glass receptor bottles each filled with 375ml of distilled water for a total of 1125ml. The last step will be to mix all three bottles' solution into one large bottle, then poured into the final storage bottles. I will use 250ml/8fl.oz. wide mouth amber bottles for storage.

Thank you all for replying. I feel more confident now and I just ordered my sodium chlorite from the above link that I posted. I think I got a really good deal.
1 lb of sodium chlorite
16oz of DSMO
10 empty 4 oz bottles
All for $73.00 - the shipping was under $ 14 and is included in the above price.

I still need to know:
how to mix some of the different solutions? the spray bottle, the bath protocol.

Can we eat oranges/grapefruit or other fruits with Vit. C while on the protocols? What about Vit. C in say, apples?

Thanks again for all your help. Happy cleansing everyone!

Those will be on JimHumble.biz - and I can strongly recommend you purchase his latest book, which is available as an ebook, from the same page, because it's easy to do a search on the PDF file

The spray bottle is 10 drops mms1 activated with either 10 drops of 50% citric acid or 50 drops of lemon, lime or vinegar - in one ounce of water. Store in a colored bottle (i.e., protect from UV light). I keep one in the fridge and one in my bath cabinet.

in his "Methods other than oral" chapter, JH writes re: the bath protocol

 An MMS Bath
The skin is the body’s biggest organ and can absorb MMS easily. Run a hot bath and add anywhere from 5 to 20 drops of activated MMS. If the water is not filtered, run it hot and let the vapor rise for a few minutes. Stay in the bath for about 10 minutes. Depending on your tolerance for MMS dosages, you could go up to about 40 drops.
Don’t be concerned about the tub of water diluting the MMS a lot. Whatever number of drops you put in the water will come in contact with your skin regardless of how full the tub is or how large it is.

Hi again everyone.

I just received my sodium chloride flakes and the other things I ordered from A2Z. They were great. I didn't get charged American money when I used my Canadian card and the whole thing only cost me $75 for all the things I ordered. The Ilb of flakes were only $30. So to anyone needing a good supplier. I recommend A2Z. They have lots of stuff and the prices are usually better than anywhere else I have checked for everything.

Now, I still have some questions.

1. Can I eat oranges while on the protocol? Yes or no.

2. When I increase the amount of sodium chloride, do I always have to increase the amount of citric acid at a 1 - 5 ratio?
one drop of sodium chloride to five drops of citric acid............does this mean that if I use 5 drops of sodium chlorite that I have to use 25 drops of citric acid? And 15 drops of the solution to 75 drops of citric acid?
OR do I decrease the citric acid as the amount gets higher?
Lorhen. you said 24 to 24 for the full day mix, making it 3 drops per unit, so the question is still the same as I am not doing that yet. I am mixing each dose individually.

3. Is there a maximum amount I should take every day? What I mean is, in two days, I increased my amount to: 6 drops of the solution and 30 drops of the citric acid. I still have no reaction, so I am not worried, but I want to know at what point I should stop and if I increase the amount of drops do I space the time between them more? So instead of every hour, should I make it every 2 or 3 hours?

4. I know about the JimHumble.biz site. But can someone please paste a link to the exact page with the mixing instructions. I have yet to see that and I have looked.

Just to let everyone know, the taste isn't as bad as everyone makes it out to be, at the low dosage, it is even quite pleasant. I noticed that when I increased the dose, that there is a bit of a burning sensation in my throat, that is why I need to know if I should decrease the citric acid. Otherwise, no other reaction.

Thanks everyone for all your help. Mucho appreciado.

click on the protocol 1000 link on his page on the right and it will have a YT video of mixing (already made) MMS and CA.

Or, are you asking about making MMS and CA from scratch? I saw that you had received the flakes.
