I started protocol 1000 5 days ago using mms 1. yesterday in the 4th day I developed nausea and a bit of DIARRHEA.. I lower the doze slowly to 1 drop. but today I woke up with shivering and pain in my joints and muscles, no fever but feeling weak. I am still taking 1 drop per hour.. should I stop? what do you suggest? thanks for any help.. Liav

Go to 1/2 drop which means take the ratios that you are using for the one drop dose but double the amount of water then divide it in you mind into the 8 doses and I would also space the dosing out to once every 1 1/2 hours or to 2 hours. Sounds like your MMS hit a big pathogen pocket. Remember if it gets too bad....take Vit C to stop the reactions and just try and sleep through it. that's what I would do.....

I am a layman, can we take these doses of MMS for Sacramento 1000 (standard 1:1 1 drop x 8 h = 8 doses per day) in the first week. Increase for the second week (standard 1:1 2 drops x 8 h = 16 doses per day) and in the third week (standard 1:1 3 drops x 8 h = 24 doses per day) decreasing or avoiding the side effects of it?

Dont stop just reduce the dose to where you are comforatble with it before going back to 1 drop and slowly building up to 3 drops an hour for 8 to 12 hours everyday.

To do half a drop simply activate one drop add water and drink half of it.

Shivering and pain will go and way it is part of the healing processes, just carry on but with doses which are smaller until your body is used to the smaller doses and is healing itself before trying to take bigger doses...

ZnzMagic Visitor	Hi Alfernandes, greetings yes you can do as you describe building up the dose slowly always trying to keep below the nausea and side effect levels, with sacrement 1000 once you are up to 3 drops every hour for 8 to 12 hours you carry at this 3 drops activated level for 3 to 4 weeks and always lower the dose if it gets uncomfortable...
