Hi every one, last Sunday I started drinking the MMS. I took it followingthe instructions, but I am not sure if it was right. I mixed 5 drops of the citric for one MMS drop. Then three hours later I drink 25 citric drops for 5 MMS. then in the evening I drink 50 for 10 MMS drops. On Monday i drink 15 MMS with 55 citric drops. After I the second time I felt so good, but in Monday (last night) I started with diarrea, then sleepy, so I went to bed early I slept for 12 hours. I woke up with diarrea but its stoped already. Now I feel very sick, shaky, weak and sleepy. I think it is normal and I will get better through the following days. I am not sure I should continue taking the MMS, or I should wait until see how I will feel.

I appreciate any feed back

Hi, Graciella. here is the latest recommendation: ' PROTOCOL 1000 is basically taking 3 drops of activated MMS each hour, for 8 hours a day, for 3 weeks.'

Best is to take some EVERY hour. If you feel sick , cut the next dose in half, but still take EVERY hour. If you still feel sick, cut the dose in half again, but still take every hour. When you no longer feel sick, add one drop more to the next dose but take every hour.
