hello,
it also depends on the severeness of your problems how quick the MMS will respond. if you get to mms 3 drop hourly doses you should start counting 3 weeks from there.
if you do not get to 3 drops I would recommend CDS or if you prefer drops than take as many as you can. but 3 drops is mostly advised.
so take your time to get to the 3 dose even if it takes longer.
I am very sensitive to MMS and CDS (nausea and headaches)
so after 2 weeks I am now at 10ml CDS with 20 drops of DMSO.
I take DMSO for anti inflammatory and this should boost the CDS also.
DMSO seems to take away the nausea but not the headaches.
I just think the headaches are an effect of detox in my body.
Just take your time.
also all anti-oxidants are a no-go.
so check your diet for that too.

Je suis à un niveau significatif de maladie depuis des années, cela peut prendre plus de temps, même si j'espère pas trop longtemps. Il est vrai que beaucoup de gens disent que le CDS est plus facile. J'ai l'expérience inverse, j'ai commencé avec des CD il y a quelques mois à peine 2 ml par jour, j'avais un estomac gonflé qui gargissait. Après que je suis allé à MMS faire comme l'humble procédure de jim je n'ai eu aucun inconvénient comme avec les CD. Je suis 2 gouttes Je vais rester trois semaines avec 3 gouttes avant d'aller à dmso vous avez raison et humble jim insiste pour durer bien 3 semaines sur le protocole 1000 avant de passer à la suivante.
You tried the start procedure with the mms and then the champignon protocol so as not to get hurt with the mms?
