Hello all!
I'm new to this forum (although I've been reading you for quite a while now
Anyway, I've read some great reports on Spirulina and after doing some research I was very excited about it.
I've been on Protocol 4000 for about 10 days now (HIV+) and I'm also on ARVs. After reading the Spirulina reports, I bought the capsules and started taking them last night, however, I have lots of questions about it and was wondering if anybody has any answers....
1) How much Spirulina should I take daily (each capsule is 400mg...)?
2) Is it OK to take SPirulina with MMS2 and ARVs? I read that Spirulina has anti-oxidant properties, so just to be careful last night I waited two hours after my last MMS2 dose... however, it's written on the Spirulina bottle that adults should take 2 capsules 3 times a day (if I did that, it would be impossible to have the two hours gap between MMS2 and SPirulina capsules)...
PS: I eventually take lecithin capsules to fight MMS2 nausea...
Well, any help or thoughts will be appreciated.
Peace, Love and HEALTH to you all!!!!!
