Powder and crystal is same product. I believe it's the pentahydrate that has a water molecule added to have it form as larger crystals.
I have crystal form. I powder it for it to dissolve better (dissolve together with Vit C)
As mentioned I have tried it only once. I'm not living in a house with sleeping room that has a bath room close by so I can't risk too much loose stool. Basically that what has stopped me from getting over with it.
Before I also had to find a solution for avoiding probiotic and mineral depletion. That's in place now.
So for the moment all I can do is adding info on the subject.
MMS is an oxidizer.
STS is a chelator.
STS binds to metals so that they can be removed that route.
I think it would take a lot of MMS for a long time to clean up both small and large intestines. I think MMS enemas are very effective in cleaning up a part of the large intestines but will not reach all of the intestines, large and small.
By using STS over a 4 week period, STS will scavenge for metals and toxins throughout both large and small intestines.
MMS is meant to go into the bloodstream from the stomach. From the bloodstream some MMS may finally reach to the inside of both large and small intestines. But I'm afraid in too tiny amounts to be able to make a lot of difference. Off course this may depend on the amount of toxic buildup.
I believe STS to be a more direct and concentrated way of confronting toxins that need to be removed. I also like the idea of not needing to do enemas over longer periods of time than needed. One could of course still do enemas for additional detox and healing.
I will also be using turpentine and castor oil while using STS. To help getting as many parasites out as I can, small and/or large, IF I have them. I hope to soon get the opportunity to do what I need to
Just a STS seller info website:
I have a video somewhere that mentions using STS together with DMSO. Will post if I find online.

According to an old article on WHO, which has now been removed unfortunately, a 25% solution of sodium thiosulfate is used 2-4 times a day for four weeks to treat tinea versicolor, a condition similar to ringworm and athlete’s foot.
Sodium thiosulfate is also used topically to reduce calcium deposits. A 10% solution is applied to the calcification a couple of times a day.
I started the STS at 1/2 tps night before last, !/2/21.
I took 1/2 tsp 2x yesterday and I was a little loose yesterday, not much if any.
Today Ive had two quick bathroom trips, but both were right after doing my CDH enema bot, which I do a few times a day, some days. Nothing overly dramatic, just loose. I can not retain any enema today, and my toilet smells like sulfur.
If this is a pathogen, is going to have to survive this sulfur deluge.
