Coffee enemas.
I really stumbled onto something significant today.
Every since I got this fungal issue and I had: fecal, blood and urine testing done, the results said that the problem was mostly in my colon, even though the SIBO was in my Small intestine, liver and pancreas too I believe, based on how pitiful my body was digesting and buffering acids. Well once I started figuring out that I also had sulfur metabolism (SUOX) issues, Liver function issues, so I had to start following the low/no sulfur diets and the few sulfur guru Dr's. Nigh is the best so far, but I think I'm ahead of him by a long ways now. That said, they are now suggesting to do daily coffee enemas to keep your liver working for you. I knew that 20 years ago. Well as unpleasant as that is, I did them daily for the last 2 years +, I know, but its not as bad as you might think, once you get the hang of it, its simple and not even messy.
So today, after I got started on the MMS2, I took 1/4 of a #4 capsule, and I did this two times, then lter this evening I tried doing my daily coffee/tummeric, and few drops H2O2 , and a tab bit of sea salt enema. I knew very soon that something changed. I could not retain the enema, and it burned more then it has ever burned. it never really burmns or is unpleasant, but today was different, and quickly. I only do about 8oz enemas, "retention" enemas, and your colon adsorbs them so its: in, lay down, and in 5 minutes its absorbed. Very much unlike the gallon of coffee and tubes and bags, and this and that, in and drain, and all that trouble that goes with a professional rince enema. The way I do it works and its small, clean, simple, easy, and I have had to "let go" of exactly 3 in an entire year(!) the rest just absord and it was done. When I was really sick the small enemas were the only treatment that stopped that big pulse/heart beat in my left abdomen (descending colon) many nights when there was no other option.
Don't forget what that treats and you might need to learn how to do it, just encase).
So today, after my small retention enema, my colon started trying to expel the enema. I tried again, same result: had to run and "let it go". and that never happens. Something was very different. I was completely empty at that point, and I tried again for the third time, and it was tough, but I did mange to hold it for a few minutes and it absorbed. Something in my colon changed today as a result of starting the MMS2 this day.
I think my colon is working efficiently again and possibly my liver too. I dont think I'll need to do the enemas anymore, I'll keep trying for a while, but as I get higher on the MMS & MMS2, it might not work, or even be necessary any more
I'm keeping notes and it'll make it to the public at some point.
I'm seemingly getting better every other day, so it seems to be happening fast one day, then not the next, then fast again. I'm very pleased so far, and I really just got started end of last week.
