Hi Chris,
From another thread I read you have sickle cell anemia.
It could then be wise to take copper instead of Iron, as copper is essential for iron metabolism.
Copper deficiency can cause anemia symptoms because of iron overload that becomes toxic because it isn't regulated/metabolized by copper.
You may already know about there are many more examples of too much of some mineral causing the same symptoms as a deficiency would so that excess iron can cause deficiency symptoms.
No expert. I'm just researching colloidal copper as a potential alternative for both MMS and colloidal silver and then came over the iron metabolism and anemia issues.
Can't remember where I read parasites and pathogens in general need iron to survive. Or should we say they just pop up as is needed to serve as iron storage facilities?

Back to sulfur, I also read somewhere iodine and sulfur neutralize each other. One should therefore not supplement these two minerals together. For the same reason ClO2 may also neutralize sulfur as iodine also is an oxidizer. Both MMS and iodine should help get rid of any iron overload.
