This morning I took the test again, unfortunately, the color changed instantly indicating severe oxidative stress. Even though I had hoped it would have gone down at least one shade to show I was headed in the right direction, the deterioration in my good eye gave me some doubt. Even though I am demoralized with the results, I must continue to work on getting better. Along with continuing the juicing, I will try to get more sleep, even though I as I type this the woman whose house I live in and whose e-mails, etc., I do is screaming at me that e-mails come first and to get up an hour earlier to do so (juicing takes me a long time so it cuts way into e-mail time). Thank you.

You should not gave up too early..... feel your body and overall feeling is more important than results for this moment to know if you are moving in the right directions.......

Also observed the wound in the eye to look for improvement...... even by a millimeter will have have long term benefits.....

Thank you for your support, Edwin3110; it is so greatly appreciated. My feeling is tiredness; and, as my friend has said to me, sleep is also needed to bring down oxidative stress. Also, I am very stressed with everything, which I know adds to oxidative stress. That is how I am feeling. The wound looks the same to me, except it does seem to be oozing more during the day. My good eye is the one concerning me now because of its deterioration. Some days are better than others in focus, light sensitivity, ability to keep open, ability to look up. Yesterday seemed to be better with my good eye, and the last 2 days I was able to go to the store without leaving to wipe my oozing eye.

Just dont stop your vege diets... this is only hope to fight oxidative stress.... yes i agree with more rest and also be positive in attitude and mindset.

Sometimes the test did not shown, but physically will notice improvement and will soon led to goos test results.

Make your test again after a month or more....

Thank you so much Edwin3110, for your invaluable support; I will continue juicing, will work on getting more rest, and must definitely work on my attitude and mindset. Hopefully, I will notice physical improvement before taking the test again because I feel I am racing the clock to prevent loss of vision in my good eye. After a month of more juicing and hopefully more sleep, the test result will be more positive. The attitude is harder because the juicing and sleep take time away from the e-mails I am suppose to be doing and have been behind on since April, which adds tremendous stress with the person whose house I live in, but I have to come to some kind of peace with everything.
