MMS2 only react with high humidity environment to turn into liquid paste.

If the environment is too dry and hot, it could release a fumes that make breathing hard if prolonged expose to it.

If environment is cool and dry, it can be kept longer for its used.

Thank you, Edwin3110, I live in a humid area, but it is cool now. This morning I was concerned that I might have gotten moisture into the MMS2, even though I was checking to make sure there was no water on the counter, because 2 of the capsules seemed to stick a little to the vinyl gloves I bought for this process. Hopefully, if there was moisture, it was just on the capsules after I filled them. Also I am having a very hard time swallowing the capsules. The third one even started to release the MMS2 in my mouth. My friend who is reading Jim Humble's Ebook suggested swallowing it with applesauce, and she had just happened to bring in her homemade sugar-free applesauce. Even with this I had a hard time swallowing the remaining 2. My boss suggested chocolate pudding.

If your MMS2 is not in big volume like a barrel and still in good granule form, contact to skin is not big problems, just wash your hand soon after capsuling.

Some Air Moisture prevent MMS2 from sparking to flame when in contact with sparking material but not the skin touch.

Try taking it with just water to swallow the pill, it won't give much smell of it during swallowing.

After ingestion, if you have sick body, the MMS2 reaction will produce some taste in mouth, the moment your body gets cleaner, this taste will be lesser and lesser.

Thank you for this information. The MMS2 is not in a barrel and is in good granular form so assume there is nbot moisture damage to it. Since I am only making up one or two capsules at a time, it is good to know it is all right to make the capsules without gloves, which will make it a little easier. If only the swallowing were easier, it would be great. Yes, I have been trying to swallow it with distilled water, but the last time I used only the distilled water, I had the taste of the MMS2 in my mouth, not from a sick body, but before I was even able to swallow it. So far I have no sick feeling, except the dread of trying to swallow the capsule with more water. Hopefully, tomorrow I will be able to accomplish it more successfully.

You can move small amount into plastic container, when wanna make into capsule, pour small amount into container cap, from there, scoop up using the capsule, when you have your daily capsule, pour the remaining back to container and wash your hand.

Thank you for that suggestion; I will look for a small plastic container in which to place a small amount of the MMS2. That way I won't have to worry so much about moisture getting into the whole jar. Well, I'm about to take my first dose of the day, trying to relax about swallowing it, which is difficult for me to do. Yes, I believe it is psychological that I have difficulty swallowing it; I must be swallowing food that is even bigger in size than the capsule. Even knowing that does not make it easier; it actually seemed to get harder as the day went on, and most of the day I felt I had a capsule lodged in my throat. Some if not all, may have dissolved right in my throat. If I burped, I would get the taste of the MMS2; and, I could smell it at certain points during the day.

To prevent stuck in your throat, drink small amount water to lubricate it before taking pill.

As long you feel it was not down to your stomach, keep drinking some water, to prevent warm feeling.

A friend also suggested I take a little water before taking the capsule. That still didn't help, and neither did sipping water to get rid of the feeling the pill was in my throat. This morning I feel I have made my last attempt to get the capsule down with distilled water after drinking two glasses trying to get it down, with the MMS2 taste becoming strong. So I put what was left of the capsule in butter, as my friend reading Jim Humble's Ebook suggested. That worked. It is still difficult, but at least I can get it down so hopefully that will not diminish the effective of the MMS2 significantly.

Jackie, what size capsules are you using? You may find using smaller capsules such as size 3 are much easier to swallow. If you choose to do that, you may have to take more than one capsule per dose once your dosage increases from small starting doses.

I assume you are not starting out with full MMS2 doses. Maximum MMS2 doses are determined by the person's body weight.

Swallowing capsules is also difficult for me. I find swallowing on one side of my throat is more successful than in the center. And, often food will get stuck. Drinking more water can help.
