Hi anastasia, great to have you on the site and I wish you success in your engagement with the sacraments. Am sure that the experts will be around soon to answer. Meanwhile it might be helpful if you let us know what liquid you are using to mix your activated drops in & how much of it you are using.
Additionally, (apologies if you have already consulted it) but the MMS Health Recovery Guidebook is worth investing in for reviewing questions like this and much more besides.
Regards
S

Hello anastasia.
It seems you are trying to get to 3 drops of MMS1 each hour too soon. Did you know that some folks with stage 4 cancer have recovered their health using 1/2 drop and 1 drop MMS1 doses? I presume you are following Protocol 1000 which calls for a maximum of 3 drops/hour, if needed. Three drops per hour is not a goal, its just the most you should take when following that protocol. There is a recent forum post here where a person is having problems at 1/8 drop per hour.
There is a new protocol called the Starting Procedure which is in Jim Humble's latest book . You will find lots of great info in that book.

Thank you so much for the replies. I am so relieved to hear that that 3 drops an hour is not a goal and I don't have to force myself to attain 3 drops per hour when trying to follows Protocol 1000. This is a load off my mind .
With gratitude
Anastasia.

Anastasia,
You said you are mixing one drop into a cup of tap water....... TAP water should NOT be used. Only distilled water!!!

What we could say is we prefer distilled or RO water.... in case of emergency, we may also used normal filter water or boiling water.
Reason is unclean water will oxidised with MMS and less CD is received by the body and worry of fluoride contains in the water.
