Hi Justin,
Some experience with Serrapeptase in that a few people I know have had various results which I think Serra may have helped to achieve. A lady I work with is quite sure that since she started taking it on a daily basis her aching legs have stopped giving her so much grief. She says it is a vein issue, swollen veins = inflammation ? Another elderly fellow I know of (82 with Asbestosis) is finding that his lung capacity is slowly improving , he has been using Serra 80,000IU for about 8-9 months along with MSM. Have also been taking it myself for a few months to help clear out some lung congestion , not sure what or how much it has done, but feel it has to make a difference sooner than later.
I subscribe to a really interesting fellow called Robert Redfern, he has an excellent info site on Serra & other things.Google him, there is much to learn about this amazing supplement.

Thanks Megg,
Sorry i'm new to the forum. I will post this under the topic for Alternative medicine.
So Megg what's your word on Serrapeptase?? I would like to use it for inflamation due to chronic pain from sports injuries as well as because i smoked cigarettes for over thirty years and stopped about 10 months ago. So i want if possible to clean out my lungs. Was thinking that Serrapeptase could help......

Just to let you know, the mods can move posts and threads between topic/forums. I agreed with Megg and moved it, however, it will still show up under "recent topics."
