How can one take MMS every hour (up to 12 drops per hour) and MMS 2 every other hour for 3 weeks and find time in between to eat?
Confusing directions.

Any help on yhis would be appreciated.

You try to keep food away from the dosing by 30 minutes or so. If you can take your first dose, say up at 6am, dose immediately, eat at 7am, dose at 7:30, dose at 8:30, dose at 9:30, snack at 10, dose at 11, dose at 12, lunch at 12:30, dose at 1, etc. It's a matter of just doing the best you can.

Thank you again Pam.
On the third day, according to Protocol 2000, I start taking MMS2 every other hour.
Do I take the MMS and the MMS2 simultaneously or do I have to stagger the dosing?

Hi cobranorm .

This example chart might help you. Adjust to fit your needs.
Remember to slowly increase your MMS2 dosing up to a maximum of a half-full size 0 capsule. And drinks lots of water with MMS2.
