Jim Humble writes that to begin MMS2 you can open the capsule and pour out most power and gradually increase until you can tolerate one whole capsule. I have #4 capsules but still can't tolerate the whole capsule.
Now I have purchased new MMS2 but the capsules now cannot be opened. Is is okay to take the whole capsule even though it make me sick in my stomach for about 10 minutes after the capsule melts. Will I gradually be able to tolerate it.

I think you need to slowly increase the dosage. Probably need to buy some small empty capsules such as size #3 and start with just of few grains of MMS2. Increase the dose to your tolerance. Don't make yourself sick by taking too much.

I suspect those new capsules that can't be opened, won't stand up to a sharp knife or scissors over a bowl or kitchen plate! I would store the unused MMS2 in a small glass jar with a tight fitting lid or even in a ZipLoc bag.
