Hello,

Wanted to ask about something not completely clear to me.

I am giving MMS 1 for a few months now to my son. I am giving 3 drops MMS/5 drops citric acid 4 à 5 times a day, everything goes well, no mayor improvements, still constipation if I want to increase dosage, large stools and he waits 3 or 4 days before doing so. I give him lots of water and this seems to help if he drinks more or less 2 liters of water during the day. He likes to drink coca cola as well and than he sometims gets constipated, I think the sugar is bothering but Ihe also gets if the the dosage of MMS is too high, it is not completely clear to me. If I want to increase his drops of MMS to 5 or 6 in future, do I still use 5 drops of citric acid or do I have to increase the citric acid as well ?? He is also having HPU (shortage of vitamin B, zinc, mangane), so I am adding these for quite some time as well. I doesnet like the MMS taste (who does ??) and I give it to him in empty capules which I fill with the mix, goes very well !

If you are using the 50% citric acid, then all you need to use with your son is 1 drop of MMS1 to 1 drop of 50% citric acid.

If you are doing 3 drops an hour of mms1, then you would use 3 drops an hour of the 50% citric acid to activate it.

If you wish to increase the drops of mms1 to 5, then you would only need 5 drops of citric acid, total.

The 1000 protocol is to do one time an hour, for 8 hours of the day... take 3 drops of mms1 and add 3 drops of 50% citric acid. Let sit for 20-30 seconds (to activate), and then add to 4 oz of water (the amount of water can shift, as needed) - or juice (no added vitamin C and no orange juice) - many people make up a whole day's dose by marking a 1L bottle off in 8 equal segments, putting 24 drops of MMS and 24 drops of 50% citric acid in a liter bottle, letting it sit to activate for 20-30 seconds, and then add water to the 1L mark - and then they taking 4oz or 120mL once an hour by drinking down to the next "mark" -

Extra water is very good, it keeps the intestines "working" and softens the stool. Since we don't know for sure what is causing the constipation, it's hard to say what is the very best.

pam Offline Platinum Boarder Posts: 4593 Thank you received: 3702	I used to know adults who took their MMS with coca cola - I was looking up recipes and notice that some of the coke recipes do include "orange oil" in very small amounts (as well as some additional citric acid). This may not even have enough ascorbic acid to count, LOL -

jbnet Offline Premium Member Posts: 127 Thank you received: 72	How I eliminate the TASTE of MMS: Mix the mms and citric acid (50% solution), wait 20 to 30 seconds, Add 1 or 2 oz. water and put in mouth (don't swallow yet), Add 4 to 6oz. of water and gulp it down all at once with the mms solution in my mouth. This eliminates the acid taste. Jim says we can add as much water or juice as we want. It will not dilute or have any effect on mms solution results.
