Hi all,

A little background about me before I ask a few questions.

I'm 29 year-old male, and for the last ten years I've been dealing with what a year ago was finally diagnosed as "fibromyalgia." Basically I've seen every kind of eastern/western doctor/healing modality to no avail. 10 years ago I developed extreme, omnipresent, dull, heavy pain in my legs (similar to shin splints) that never went away. A few years later I started to develop severe fatigue, insomnia, memory loss, all which kept progressively getting worst. 2 years ago I developed chronic and severe pain in the tendons in both my elbows and right around the bone (similar to tendonitis/tendonosis). I also have had pain all over my body, the usual tender spots of fibromyalgia.

Needless to say it's been a journey. I first heard about MMS 6 weeks ago and started MMS/DMSO 4 weeks ago with protocol 1000+ and protocol 3000. I've noticed improvement in my energy and in my sleep, which is incredible.

I've done lots of research over the years, especially recently, on the actual cause of fibromyalgia/CFS. To my best understanding, most cases are caused by any of the following:

lack of oxygen in the cells
candida
stress
lack of calcium/vitamin D
digestive issues/lack of mineral/vitamin absorption
thyroid issues

For me, I think all of these have contributed to my health issues, but I think CANDIDA is the BIG one, the root cause of all the pains and under functioning organs.
I feel like if I can conquer that (and managing stress) everything else will fall into place. I've radically changed my diet in the last 3 years, done cleanses, colonics, etc but believe the candida is pretty stubborn.

CURRENTLY, I'm drinking LIQUID MANNA to help oxygenate my cells. I'm eating a candida-free diet (for the most part), I'm just starting FIVE-LAC probiotics, and I'll be starting CORAL CALCIUM soon. I'll also probably be starting MMS enemas soon.

HERE ARE MY QUESTIONS:

1. Should I progress to Protocol 2000 now or continue on the 1000+-3000 for another few months? I'm wondering if MMS2 will help go deeper and kill the candida/parasites even better and faster, and therefore the pain will be eliminated quicker.

I want to expedite this process as much as possible and minus a few times where I had nausea and twice threw up (after a MMS bath), I've been fine. In fact I do 4-5 drops 9-12 times a day with no problems. I only have to be careful when I add in a bath.

When you read stories of people healing fairly quickly sometimes it's easy to think you need to try something more when everything isn't solved in a quick time as well. I know that it took a long time to get this way and might take a while to get out.

2. What kind of experience have others had dealing with candida/fibromyalgia? I've read a few of the fibro threads here.

3. Anyone have any experience with the other healing modalities I'm trying (liquid manna/5-lac/coral calcium)? I'm also debating trying Iodine but want to give the MMS a chance to work it's magic.

4. Any other suggestions with MMS etc I should try?

Many thanks in advance,
jon

Welcome to the forum Jon, glad you are here!

I think candida has been one of the major causes of my long term chronic illness as well. I've had severe chronic fatigue, chemical sensitivity and constant gut pain and distress for the last 15 years, in addition to life long allergies and respiratory infections. I started on a new regimen at the beginning of June this year (5 months ago) that is giving me slow, but definite gradual improvement.

I am on protocol 1000+, bag protocol (genesis2forum.org/index.php?option=com_kunena&func=view&catid=28&id=3054&Itemid=66) once daily (1/2 teaspoon dose), MMS1 enema daily, taking DMSO 2 teaspoon doses orally 6 times a day, and on a diet that has no sugar, brown rice as the only carbohydrate and fresh aloe vera smoothies 4 times a day. I think all of these factors are critical to the improvement I am seeing.

Gut pain and chronic fatigue are slowly going away. Lung congestion is under control if I add in MMS2 when needed. I am a slow healer and there are plenty of us out there. Not everyone heals so quickly.

When you have a long term chronic condition like this, I do think learning to listen to your own body is very important and sometimes you need to change things around.

As far as the iodine, I would go ahead and take it. I have taken lots of it for periods of time and never noticed any help, but other people sometimes do, so you never no.

So long as you are continuing to improve on the MMS regimen you are following, then I would stick with it. Taking more than you need can make you feel worse and you might lose the continuing improvement. With multiple and chronic health problems, it seems that slow and steady with the MMS is the best course. The body needs lots of time to heal and many layers of illness need to be undone.

Thanks for the reply Michael! Sorry for the delayed response.

Sorry about your health issues but I'm glad you're making progress.

For the aloe vera, do you use straight from the plant or do you buy the juice? I've seen lots of the companies make it with water as well as preservatives.

I had a colonic this weekend and I have to say it made me realize two things:

1. MMS is an extraordinary method of killing off pathogens.
2. Colonics/Enemas are necessary for completely ridding the body of all the pathogens that are being killed.

I've had many colonics in the recent past but this was the first one I had after a month of MMS. It was non-stop candida and other weird bacteria coming out for 35 minutes. I've never seen it like that before but it made me realize the MMS is working and I have no idea how just urinating and normal bowel moments would eliminate the dead pathogens in a timely matter. If the pathogens stay in your system/blood stream you're going to really experience side effects.

Anyhow, I'll keep you posted on my progress and will probably email with more questions.

thanks,
jon

Also, another thing I'm about to try is Organic Barley Juice Powder (called Just Barley by Pure Planet) as it's supposed to be great detoxer and blood purifier, as well as a number of other things.

Hi Jon,

For the aloe vera I buy it fresh from the hispanic markets near me. I use 4 large leafs a day. I cut all the skin off and only use the clear inner flesh and put it in a blender with whey from raw goat milk. It is helping my guts a lot.
