Wiki says it is a viral infection that causes bleeding, he must have some bleeding in the brain that has caused the loss of speech. He probably needs to take less than 1 drop doses, half or one quarter drop doses or even less, just sip the dose or hold it in his mouth and don't take it all at once. If he can take any amount hourly it should really help his body kill the virus.
Maybe MMS2 would work better. I believe that 1/8 teaspoon rounded is the same as a size 0 capsule. I would put the 1/8 tsp. into a quart or half or even gallon of water and let him sip it, even just hold it in his mouth if that is all he can do and the mouth will absorb the hypochlorous acid that his body needs. They do that with homeopathy and some other vitamins and herbs that get absorbed well that way, bypasses the gut and the problems with it.
Maybe MMS2 baths would work or MMS1 baths, seems like he needs VERY small doses so just use 5 drops or 1/8 tsp of MMS in a bath or even a foot soak could be used with very small doses. See if the MMS2 through the skin causes the same problems as the MMS1.
Maybe he could an enema with only 1 drop of MMS1 or maybe just a few grains of MMS2. I will tell you I can feel it going right into my blood within a few minutes when I do the enemas. Use a pint of water with a 1 drop dose and see if he can hold it for 10 minutes, but even for 1 minute will help. With the diarrhea though, I think trying to hold doses in the mouth or doing foot soaks/baths would be better.
I would not worry about the loss of speech. You need to stop the acute viral infection because this goes into a toxic phase in a percentage of cases where they get liver damage and jaundice and sometimes death. Once you get the viral infection under control then the brain can heal itself and when you get the DMSO that might really help but I would get the infection stopped first and then work on the brain.
