Anyone who knows if these chemotherapies are killing people world wide and what kind of side effects they have? Where can I read about all these drugs?

MVAC
CARBOPLATINE - GEMCITABINE
CARBOPLATINE - TAXOL
JAVLOR

I know these chemotherapy below have these side effects:
Doxorubicin (nick-name: Red Death)-leukemia, heart failure, infertility, mouth sores
Etoposide-leukemia, nerve damage, inability to fight infections
Cisplatin-kidney damage, hearing damage, nerve damage, infertility

Yes you are right it have all sort of side effects including death just because doctors can not diagnosed particular person at 100%
of his /hes health before chemotherapy treatment and that's why chemotherapy is not always successful and even after treatment some side effects are permanent not reversible.
I am personally undergoing chemotherapy after diagnosed with lymphoma stage 1
I had number of side effects ,but luckily they are reversible,I get over it and ready now for the second dose.
I have to go trough the whole 6 course treatment just because I have found out MMS 2 weeks before I start Chemo.
I decided to go trough all of this because this cancer is easy treatable in this early stage and have 100% successful recovery.
I am still learning MMS and have already some success stories before the chemo treatment so to make long story short I manage to treat my chronic knees pain with MMS1 and I did it spontaneously with all sort of doses mainly practicing on my self in hope that I maybe treat my cancer but I knew I do not have a lot of time to practice protocol 1000 before going to hospital.
So I only ended up with no chronic pain in my knees which I have had it for 4 years and this make mi very happy man.
