As I understand it the initial dosage is 5.5ml 1 hour apart - but it doesn't say how much water to put this in and how much of that water my dog should drink?

5.5 ml FROM C2 (Cup 2).

Measurement for Cup2: Activate 8 drops of MMS,
count 30 seconds, then add 1/2 cup (4 ounces/120 ml/ 1/2 cup) of
water. From this solution you will measure out drops or
milliliters to give your animal as per the charts on pages 300-301.

So you are giving them a fairly small amount because they are so small.

You can either squirt it into their mouths, or put it in a tablespoon of chicken or beef broth,
maybe mix it into a small amount of canned food.

However you can get it into them.
