Yes Evanir,

It takes a lot of discipline and determination, as for everithing else we are doing here. I do not have asthma, but I got rid of a very bad chronic bronhitis, after corticosteroids, molecular silver inhalations and codeine failed to help. Buteyko helped a lot. Also, I went on a gluten free diet. Now I am taking MMS1 and getting ready to switch CDS. And it helps a lot. And Buteyko breathing is one of my permanent daily regimen.

I do morning inhalations exactly as described in Bishop Humble's book, one throuhg the nose and one deep breath through the mouth, using two activated drops of MMS1. So far (after 10 days) I had no bad effects.

Regards,
Mark.

Hi everyone.

I have a few questions about the Nose, Sinus, Bronchial protocol stated on the Genesis II website. I want to incorporate this protocol along with the ones suggested for Candida (Protocol 1000, enema protocol, bag protocol, douche protocol for females, bath protocol)
  • How many times a day should I repeat the four slow inhaling actions?
  • Is this a daily protocol?
  • How many days or weeks should the protocol last?

Thank you!

Hi Michael, I see you didn't try MMS with HCL for activation when you were experimenting with your lungs. Is there a reason for that? Also, did you feel the misting was better than the nebulizer?
