Hello!
My cat has tartar buildup and a small ball of excess, inflamed gum tissue on the left and right of his mouth (towards the back). Which I think is why he stretches his jaw several times a day.
I took a video of him yawning and have attached a still from that video, to give you some idea of what I’m referring to. Though it’s much more clear/pronounced in-person.
I added 1 activated drop of MMS (plus 1/2 Tbls of distilled water) to some shredded, gently boiled chicken for him to eat.
Is MMS yet effective when adding to food?
Boiled chicken seemed the most benign and actually absorbs the liquid to a degree He’s not used to me monkeying around with his mouth. So I knew this would be the least traumatic way for him and prevent him from growing a distrust to future treatments as would be the case if I manhandled him.
Maybe a minute or two later, he barfed up all the food. But I’m hoping that most of the MMS, albeit just one activated drop, got absorbed into his system.
Any suggestions as to quantity and frequency going forward until his mouth heals?
Will this have a positive affect on reducing the plaque on his teeth as well?
Thank you!
