It's been one month that I have been taking MMS1, protocol 1000,  to treat a feeling of discomfort in my throat that has lasted a long time. I think it has to do with candida, or a sort of biofilm because I have checked with different doctors and I'm apparently in perfect health. Still, the thick white coating on the back of my tongue has almost disappeared now, and I feel that the symptoms are gradually reducing. By the way, I'm not a new to MMS1, my family and I have been using it sparingly to treat flu or minor issues for several years. We know it works and have used 6+6, and a few times protocol 1000.

As noticed by others in this forum, after taking continuous doses I started developing sensitivity in my teeth — I feel that the acidity of MMS+citric acid is affecting the enamel of my teeth. We never noticed this because we used to use 6+6, but with P1000 things are different.

Few days ago I tested the pH of 3 drops of MMS1 (activated drops using MMS+citric acid, 50%) in 120ml of plain water and compared with 3 drops of MMS1 in 120ml of sparkling water with high mineral content. Surprisingly, the alkalinity of the sparkling water I'm using appears to balance out the acidity of MMS1. The pH strips I'm using are not very precise, but by mixing 3 activated drops into 120ml of sparkling water I get around 7.5pH. Also, 3 activated drops in 60ml of plain water mixed with 60ml of sparkling water give me around 6pH. The plain water I'm using is from the tap, boiled and left for a few hours to get to room temperature. The sparkling water is Gerolsteiner (available in Germany), which is naturally carbonated and has a high mineral content.

Now, I wonder if using sparkling water may affect the concentration of CLO2. Does anyone have any experience with this? Humble's mold protocol asks for sparkling water at some point, and apparently it wouldn't reduce the effectiveness of MMS1. Would the high mineral content do something to the diluted gas? I've been taking it since a few days and I notice less impact in my teeth and stomach. The taste is also significantly better — without the sugar from adding juice or soft drinks. I've also been drinking this through a reusable silicon straw, which helps to bypass my front teeth. After a good rinse with plain water, it feels better.

Any thoughts, comments or recommendations?

Hi Chechal, I've just found this forum and decided to join. I'm wondering how you are doing following the protocol for the candida and the discomfort in your throat? A year ago I also had my first bad episode with extremely severe pain down my throat and esophogas. In the end I think I figured out it was candida/thrush. Went on the candida diet and things got better. I have fallen back into unhealthy eating and have a white-ish coating on my tongue. I hope you are doing better.
