I started taking the MMS I made for the first time back in December. I sucessfully completed the starting procedure, did the fungus protocol, and kept taking 1 drop per hour for several weeks after that. At some point I stopped, because I was unsatisfied with the bottled water I used to make the MMS, so I made another batch with water I distilled myself. (I use 4% HCL and an activator, and my MMS is amber in color, a 100ml weight roughly 120 grams)

I started retaking it mid February, continuing with 1 drop per hour. It seems like my body has yet to get used to 1 drop, and it makes me feel sleepy and fatigued. The recent days I developed a light headache too. I also noticed my symptoms have gotten much worse since retaking it. I suffer from chronic IBS and Malassezia folliculitis on the skin. My skin started looking and feeling much worse than usual, yet it is bearable.

Now, I understand this is a sign that it is working, yet I am not sure whether I should reduce my dose, or just keep going until some more weeks have passed. I wouldn't mind potentially increasing my dose later on, if possible, and perhaps trying some DMSO.
Am I currently overdoing it? Should I cut down the dose to half, 3/4, or should I stick to 1 drop? Does Herx reaction usually go away after a while?

Another worry of mine is the water I use to drink it. I am using a filter, which I know removes 95% of chlorine, yet not fluoride. I am unsure whether the area I live in uses fluoride at all in water, and finding out might not be easy.
I am thinking of trying to distill some more water myself and take my doses using it instead of filtered water, despite it being a long process. Is there anyone who is taking MMS1 this way?

I would appreciate your input very much.

Hello Chris, thank you for your reply! I have several questions, as I am not too familiar with some things you wrote, so please excuse my confusion.

You say I need more sulfur. In one of your posts, you advice for Epsom baths, with some borax to neutralize the chlorine and fluoride. I have Epsom salts and borax, how many cups would you recommend me to use and how often? Also, should I eat onions for extra sulphur?

What is boron, and where could I get it from? How is it used to clean water?

My thyroid is fine, I have never had issues with it.

I am planning on buying some DMSO, how can I test "mast cell activation"? How is it done?

I looked for turpentine, but I can only find the one used by artists. Also, is kerosine and turpentine different? I am confused when it comes to that.

When I wrote this post several days ago, I must have been during the peak of the Herx reaction. The day before the post, I had woken up in the middle of the night with a full bladder, yet my whole stomach area was hurting, not just the bladder. I almost never wake up during the night for toilet, but the pain got better after some minutes. The next couple of days, I was feeling a dull pain on my waist, close to the spine, but only at the left side. These symptoms were accompanied by a light headache and fatigue, as well as some general light muscle pain. Also, I have a weird itchy feeling at my right heel for several days. My skin doesn't seem to be inflammed or anything, it just randomly itches. However, the past couple of days I am feeling much better, so I am thinking of perhaps raising the dose at 2 drops soon. Still, I can't say I have seen any improvement of my symptoms..

Now, what I am trying to cure. I suffer from IBS since the age of 8-9. I am 29 now, so it has been 20 years. My symptoms are daily abdominal distention. Basically, I wake up with an almost flat belly, but once I start eating and drinking, my belly becomes more and more visibly distended with every bite. It goes down when I sleep, yet the same repeats again the next day, without stop. Some foods are gentler on my body, yet everything distends me, even water. I have been able to "get a bit better" with disciplined eating and drinking, but the core issue remains. It is very frustrating, because I am very slim, yet I end up looking pregnant by the end of the day, and some of my clothes don't fit me by the evening...

My second issue is malassezia folliculitis, which started 4-5 years ago. My face, chest, back, and especially scalp get overgrown with yeast, which proceeds to feed on my sebum. The yeast overgrowth is accompanied by pimples and ichiness. This has caused me to become overly sensitive to the vast majority of cosmetic ingredients, and I have suffered from a terrible hair loss for two years. The only thing that managed to keep my scalp yeast calm and has cut down hairloss by 95% is scrubbing Epsom salt on it to remove the excess sebum. Still, I have to do it every time I wash my hair.

I believe my IBS is in reality CIBO, which is found to be connected to skin disease. I am convinced this whole thing started from the vaccines I received as a baby, yet it manifested later.

Other than that, I try to eat healthy and simple. Almost no meat, plenty of lentils, steamed veggies, fish, quinnoa, eggs, veggie soups, homemade bread. I make my meals from scratch and avoid sugar, whith the exception of raw honey and fruits. I drink only fresh juice and tea, and plenty of water. I try to eat alkaline foods.

I would appreciate it very much if you could advice me further.

I am in tears from your thourough explanation, I can't thank you enough.

I agree, systematic fungal infection sounds right. I am sorry you and your family has suffered because of it, it is beyond terrible what we go through because of it. My mother also has the same and is getting worse, yet she gets mad when I tell her the truth about vaccines..

I will keep going with the MMS, keep eating as clean as possible, keep working out and get started on Epsom baths. Tomorrow I am ordering DMSO. I just started reading about the Wilking protocol, I will see how I can implement it.

I would just like to ask your suggestion for taking Epsom orally. How much, when during the day (I take MMS in the morning), and for how long? I am going to do my research on the rest of your suggestions, as I am unfamiliar with many, and come back to you again.

Also, I don't seem to be able to find your email, maybe it is just visible to you when you enter your profile, but would like to have it just in case.
"If you ever get rich, dont forget me!" It does not seem I'll get rich anytime soon, but I will keep it in mind. ;) For now, I can only thank you for your help, and keep you in my prayers. Keep going strong.

Hello my friend. Thank you for updating me with more info, I appreciate your time very much. I took some days off to do my research, so apologies for getting back to you late.

I have started taking Epsom baths and added more root vegetables to my diet. Steamed, in particular, makes pooping easier.
I am studying the Wilking protocol, it advocates for both Epsom intake (before bed) and Sole intake (first thing in the morning). I think doing both might be a bit too much, so I will start with Sole, see how it goes, and then perhaps I can switch to Epsom, as I don't have Epsom that can be taken internally right now.
About Vit. C, I eat oranges and tangerines every evening, so perhaps that covers it? I will also look into taking Magnesium.

I have started taking 1,5 drops of MMS, which is going well. Yesterday I tried taking 2, but it is a bit too early for that, as it made me feel sick. Perhaps I can wait for some weeks until I raise the dose, 1,5 drops is working well so far. I am ordering some DMSO, I will update you once I get it and start using it.

I don't think I have parasites, at least this is what I hope. Doesn't MMS slowly kill parasites over time?
So, you are loosing weight because of the rope worms? How did you find out you have them? It sounds terrible.

I will see how things go with what I have introduced so far, as I am trying not to "jam" everything at once, but I am confident with this plan.
For now MMS is the primary part, I will try implementing the Wilking procol around my MMS intake. I am looking into the rest you have provided me with.

Also, thank you for your email. I will try sending you one now.
