Any Advice most welcome

I'm new here... this is my 3rd attempt on MMS1... the furthest I've got is my 2nd attempt a few weeks back.. but I always get a bad reaction!! I mean horrible diarrhea!! Horrendous!! It lasted for hours... and floored me... So.. after 2weeks.. I gave up!! But my sinusitis and upper chest problem just won't budge!! So, here I am again.. this time very determined...I did the 6and6 at weekend.. as I felt a cold/flu on top coming on... and again.. I was totally floored by diarrhea!! Like.. I mean real bad!! but this time.. I noticed that I actually felt good once it stopped... and my tiredness eased... I felt good!! So I started on the fast track starting procedure on Monday... so far... so good.. I start on 1000 tomorrow..After fnding the comments from Jim's book on here about the Herxheimers reaction... I feel better about it...I now realise that my bodt must be filled with toxins! I have had no problems whatsoever since Monday... Although I do think my delicate insides won't let me go past 1.5 drops....(it's as far as I got on my first attmpt)
I think the first 2 times I was anxious to get up to 3 drops.... but I did notice on the 2nd occasion, where I got to over 2 weeks on 1000... I was seeing no improvements.. so I went up a drop... (I think from 1.5 to 2 drops) and I had the reacton!!! and it was brutal... Is it meant? Do I just put up with it? and try move on wen I get over it? Again ,at the weekend.. wen I did the 6and6 and had a massive attack, I got to admit, once I started to feel good.. I felt great.. and for a brief time.. my sinuses were great.. my chest was clear of mucus!! But it started to return later that evening.. I have no idea what I have.. I thought it was a tooth problem.. so I got that pulled!! now we're thinking I have got an allergy.... which affects my sinuses and my chest (it's clear raspy mucus I can bring up) I'm a pretty fit guy who is a road cyclist... (doesn't help my sinuses!!) so I do look after myself.. eat well... etc.. But I do tend to take my body to the limits and beyond (like most cyclists!!) I am willing to try anything this time!! as it's really affecting my cycling!! I seem to get back on the bike for only a few days before it floors me again!! I'm going on 1000 in the morning... 1 drop... and see how i get on... I take it I just have to up it until I get the reaction?? then ease back?? I know for a fact I won't get to 3.. I've had a sensitive inside all my life.. and have been diagnosed years ago with IBS... hoping it might cure that too!!! I just wonder if anyone else has had that bad a reaction when using?? I mean, I am on the toilet non stop for 2 hours plus!!! and totally drained both phsyically and mentally thereafter!! is this normal?? I just thought maybe MMS was not for me.... but then I read Jim's notes on it.... (I do have his recovery book) I can also say I have had great success with curing skin problems I had... and can't believe my hair is growing back at alarming rate since I started spraying my scalp!!!! I've also used it to fantastic effect on a tooth abcess with DMSO.. and now always brush teeth with it.... I just wish I could master drinking it!!!

Obviously, you are overdosing. Some people have recovered from stage 4 cancers taking only 1/2 drop MMS1 doses.

If you are using 50% citric acid, change to 4% HCL.

Protocol 1000 says 3 drop hourly doses are the MAXIMUM, not the goal. You don't have to take 3 drop hourly doses.

Follow the Three Golden Rules.

yeah... already on 4% HCL....and i know tte rest...I've read the book inside out and back to front. I understand wat u r saying.. but it clearly stated in the boo if I seen no improvement after 5 days.. to go to next level.. ie ramp up to next drop... which is all i did...I didn't rush it.. I took my time.. I did the starting procedure to the tee..
I know exactly what the book says.... 3 is the maximum... or the max goal... I went from 1 drop.. to 1.5.. then seen no difference after 5 days... so i went to 2 drops.... and had the biggest reaction!! so... should I then drop backto half that amount and start building up again?

What could have happened is that with a higher dosage, a biofilm(s) was opened up and poured out critters which CLO2 devoured and left behind lots of toxins to make you sick.

Another problem could be that residual MMS in MMS1 causes problems for you. As you may know, MMS1 in only 10% activated when made.

Have you tried CDH? It is 50% activated when made. Dosing is easy; 1ml of CDH is the same as a one drop MMS1 dose because each milliliter of CDH is made from 1 drop of MMS.

thanks... unbeknown to me, My girlfriend had already ordered CDH for me to go on..should be here today! until it arrives, I'l stay on 3/4 drop...many thanks

quick update - so far so good with the CDH...I'm at 2 drops... and no problems - thanks again.

When ingesting CDH you should dose by milliliters.

Each milliliter of CDH is approximately equivalent to a 1 drop dose of MMS1 because each ml of CDH is made from 1 drop of MMS, if the original CDH recipe is followed when making it.

Thanks for that information sheet... was very useful... I am actually not that unwell... like I said, I' mactually a really fit cyclist... but I've had this sinus problem (which I think was a bad tooth that I've since had removed.. but I managed to sort the abscess on it with MMS/DMSO first.. but then found the root protruded into my sinus so I had it removed (recently) But I also have this phlegm on my chest... which is really annoying.. some think I might have allergies... who knows,all I know is it was making me feel bad and it was interfering with my sports... so like I said, I have tried twice already on MMS 1000.. and only got so far as I kept getting them bad reactions.. but I'm so determined.. I am mid 50's so I reckon I'll have a,ot of toxins in my body.. so it's good to rid myself of them too.... I am glad to see I am following the protocol exactly as per instructions... and I am not taking anything or doing anything to neutralise it...I'll ramp it up to 3ml tomorrow.... and I have 2 weeks left on this.. but I will keep going if not totally right.. as I know I'v ehad this for a few years now.. so maybe it'll be stubborn!! I can report this.. when I started last weekend.. I did the 6and6 protocol on the saturday and the sunday as I also suspected I'd caught a cold (I had!! it was flu actually! which is gone now) but on the 6&6 I had really bad hexheimers reaction... like dysentery!! (is how i could describe it!!!! was aweful!!) and I was exhausted... but al i can say.. is a few hours later.. after I went for a sleep.. I woke up and felt BRILLIANT!! and I had no symptoms of my flu.. nor my chest problem.... but it returned (my chest problem) later that eveing.... so I seen how it can help me!! So i see by doing this for 3 weeks or maybe more will eliminate it!! (incidentlly) for anyone reading this too... I also take the nose drop protocol for my sinuses... and it's brilliant!!! I have completed protocol 1000/1000+ yesterday (1 day shy of the 21 days... as I cannot face another day on it!)
I added DMSO into my protocol 1000 and folowed the instructions as per jim's book. I decided to only go with 1 drop of DMSO to my 3ml CDH hourly dose. I did up it, but when I got to 6 drops I had a herx reaction so I eased back to 3 drops.My illness seems to be gone (fngers crossed) but I noticed this whilst I was on the 1000+ protocol for the last 4 days I would be fine until the evening (approx. 3-4 hours after my last dose) I would have my dinner... and then I would get terrible diarrhea, and my stomach would make really loud noises.. and this would go on until the early hours before subsiding. I would get a bad taste in my mouth/tongue and my skin would feel "lousy" itchy.. and my scalp.. like I was having an allergic reaction? I no idea... but then in morning I would be good.. so I persevered with the 3 drops of DMSO every hour.. and was fine until again, the same thing every 2-4 hours after last dose ?? This is my first day off the Protocol, I had a piece of toast first thing and have had bad diarrhea again, and rotten mouth... it has eased slightly now.. but I dare not eat anything for now.. I am however drinking plenty water. Is this normal? I can say that my illness (which we think was a hayfever like symptom I've had for years) has gone! or. ..at least seems so!! which is fantastic! I just had an apple to try and settle my stomach down.. and the noises have stopped for now... maybe it's just my body coming back to normal? I was diagnosed with IBS 10 years ago, so i am hoping it has maybe helped that too.. but cannot tell just now until the diarrhea stops and I get back to normal stools etc etc... which i'm hoping by tomorrow... I have tried searching the forum to see if I can find any DMSO side effects on 1000+ protocol.. but I can't see anything, just wondering if anyone else had these problems..??? I must admit, my stomach is feeling a bit better now (14.15) than it was this morning... I won't eat for now though and just drink water..regards Martin
