One more thing, during the 8-hour protocol, ate protein, Brazilian Cheese Bread, Cheese and almond butter. Nixed the smoothie.

glad to hear the improvement tiki after the changes were made.. despite the big head ache..
i've just finished day 20 of the HRP, and i'm done!

been on 3 drops all way, and did 8 days on DMSO, stopped after breath got very bad..

i feel it's cured my hayfever and any allergies i imagine i have (the main reason i did the HRP)... but was feeling that few days ago, with all my symptoms gone (i was filling up a couple of hankies with mucus daily on strong days).. now i'm not even blowing nose once.. outstanding..

but, yes, today i got the runs.. and was feeling very sick for few hours.. lot better now, and happy in bed..
but feel went a bit hard with constant 3 drops/hour... so happy to stop now.. wouldn't be able to drink anymore anyway, likely get sick :)

amazing stuff.. good luck with recovery.

Great to hear your results and challenges, colm.

I may throw in 3 here and there to see if I can tolerate it. My plan is to have complete skin recovery and then do maintenance. Ridding my body of Glyphosate and heavy metals apparently, is giving me 50% more energy. My husband is experiencing the same energy boost and "dabbles" with MMS. He's 75.

Yes. Great Stuff!

Enjoy an allergy-free life!

What do you guys think about celery juice in the am? I find it helps with constipation, also were you guys eating fruit and veggies during protocol? I didn’t want the antioxidants to neutralize the mms.

celery juice sounds like a good idea... would absorb into body nice and quick i imagine..
my partner and myself were not so strict with food.. mostly did smaller meals between doses, sometimes delaying doses with timings etc.. and definitely ate lots of veggies.. bananas on occasion, but as jim humble said, if you eat 20-30mins between doses, and keep meal short it should be fine (as long as not ingested super high antioxidant food)..

i'm no expert and was far from strict (seeing as wasn't suffering massively with a severe ailment..).. but did cure me of my hayfever and allegies, which have had for 15+ years..

good luck with it..

I don't think you'll have to worry about constipation on the 1000 Protocol!

As of Monday, July 5, I can now tolerate 3 drops with tolerable diarrhea. No coffee, supplements 1-2 hours after last dose. I eat very minimally during the daily protocol... protein and Brazilian Cheese Bread with Almond butter.

My skin healing continues.

Here is some interesting information I picked up regarding supplements from a Chemist here... When I moved supplements to after the protocol and stopped coffee, I had the same experience.

thecancerexchange.com/msm_cd/

..."They did some research, though, and found that the Beta 1,3D Glucan immune stimulant is a strong antioxidant also. They were taking it at roughly the same time as the MMS. As soon as they stopped taking the Beta Glucan for a couple of days, the MMS had an immediate effect — diarrhea, cleansing — the whole thing...."

"(Chemist) I am a chemist who bought your (previous edition) book and am receiving your e-newsletter (and I have cancer). I am not surprised to finally read in letter #114 that antioxidants ‘kill’ MMS. They should. And that’s what I have been telling a friend of mine who has lung cancer. However, antioxidants stay in the body for more than three hours. Ideally, if you have enough protection, you should have a more or less permanent steady state of them. The beta-glucan instance, where the people waited three DAYS, certainly suggests this also. I am not sure what the solution to the problem is, but if I were taking MMS (and I intend to) I would stop all antioxidants for a while to let the MMS work unhindered.”

I agree with that statement. Vitamin-C can stay in a body for weeks!
