Hi again,
Just started a protocol today, and would love to be more confident that the food i'm eating isn't adversely the MMS doses.
we're going for the afternoon slot of 8hours, from 2-9pm, so my partner can have her morning coffee

and suits us well..
but i looked up the very extensive pdf list (around 140pages) of antioxidant content in foods today, and was surprised to see that the vast majority of foods were above the recommended 0.1mmol/100g recommended by Katniss...
We eat a healthy, vegan, wholefood diet, and are now happy to do two small snack meals in the evening during protocol hours.
but there didn't seem to be many foods (like rye flour (which we eat for our sourdough bread), rices, millets, legumes, and most veggies) that were under the 0.1mmol/100g requirement... Any advice on this would be helpful

even olive oil and garlic were a bit over this mark, foods we do enjoy...
We are of course avoiding obvious foods like coffee, high vit c foods, but now looks like some herbs and spices are good to avoid, like sage, oregano, clove and few others, that seem to be very high in antioxidants...
Appreciate knowing how strict we need to be with following these guidelines.
Lastly, we were adding a little bit of organic apple juice to our doses, but have decided to leave it out until we're sure about it.
would love to know where we could buy those test strips for testing CLO2 content in our MMS before and after apple juice.
thanks so much anyone who replies, i so value this supportive network.
