Just started a protocol today, and would love to be more confident that the food i'm eating isn't adversely the MMS doses.
we're going for the afternoon slot of 8hours, from 2-9pm, so my partner can have her morning coffee and suits us well..
but i looked up the very extensive pdf list (around 140pages) of antioxidant content in foods today, and was surprised to see that the vast majority of foods were above the recommended 0.1mmol/100g recommended by Katniss...
We eat a healthy, vegan, wholefood diet, and are now happy to do two small snack meals in the evening during protocol hours.
but there didn't seem to be many foods (like rye flour (which we eat for our sourdough bread), rices, millets, legumes, and most veggies) that were under the 0.1mmol/100g requirement... Any advice on this would be helpful even olive oil and garlic were a bit over this mark, foods we do enjoy...
We are of course avoiding obvious foods like coffee, high vit c foods, but now looks like some herbs and spices are good to avoid, like sage, oregano, clove and few others, that seem to be very high in antioxidants...
Appreciate knowing how strict we need to be with following these guidelines.
Lastly, we were adding a little bit of organic apple juice to our doses, but have decided to leave it out until we're sure about it.
would love to know where we could buy those test strips for testing CLO2 content in our MMS before and after apple juice.
thanks so much anyone who replies, i so value this supportive network.
I can share my experience of 4 weeks. The first 3 weeks I was on the 1000 Protocol, 3 drops in 4 oz. every hour for 8 consecutive hours. This last week, I prepared a 32-ounce bottle with 16 actived drops in the morning and kept it in the fridge. 8 consecutive hours - 4 oz. Very easy.
I took supplements and a thyroid pill 2 hours before starting the protocol. I drank coffee with milk 1 hour before starting the protocol. I ate small meals including a smoothie with fruit and lettuce during this period.
Results: I'm 64. My new get-out-of-bed time is 5am-6am. Before it was 7am. No naps. Unbelievable energy which is important because we operate a small business. Clear head. No fog. My skin issues are clearing up slowly but they were established.
This next week I plan on no supplements, no coffee before starting at 6am. I'll finish by 1pm and wait 2 hours before supplements. We'll see if that speeds up the healing.
Anyway, I'm thrilled with my results. I hope this helps!
I wrote this yesterday... "This last week, I prepared a 32-ounce bottle with 16 actived drops in the morning and kept it in the fridge. 8 consecutive hours - 4 oz. Very easy."
So, it's been a week and I feel like I'm backing up a bit. I'm going back to the Protocol 1000. I will be more cognizant of my food choices during that time. Going back to supplements 2 hours before starting and coffee 1 hour before. Yesterday, didn't work out so well for me. Also, will be adding 1 drop of mms hourly to see how that works out.
Thanks for the information and suggestions Tiki and CLO2.
We've been doing ok with protocol. just finished 2nd day with DMSO addition... Doing two times the MMS dose now, instead of Jims recommended 3 times..
feels good. sensing my hayfever is diminishing too..
do struggle a little with making sure we take doses each hour, especially if we're out.. but doing ok.
I imagine the potency is far less by making up a solution for the whole day, like you did Tiki? i know Jim said that's ok, but only if you really need it... wondered if there had been any experiments on the CLO2 levels of a 32once bottle like that? be good to know...
Finding it hard to keep to the small meals during the protocol. we're very used to larger meals, twice a day... I wonder how much having a full stomach full of food, compared to half of that effects the CLO2 absorption/effectiveness?
we're doing the protocol from 2.30-9.30pm..
still not put apple juice in the mix, as not got strips yet to test... but would love the added taste to the MMS shots.
Caffeine begins to affect your body very quickly. It reaches a peak level in your blood within 30 to 60 minutes. It has a half-life of 3 to 5 hours. The half-life is the time it takes for your body to eliminate half of the drug. The remaining caffeine can stay in your body for a long time.
For all that are interested in the Antioxidant Food Table, here is a link to the study and I've attached the PDF. I see that Katniss recommended foods 0.1mmol/100g or less. Can this be clarified? Taking with MMS or duing the protocol hours?
The attached PDF contains 3,100 food, beverage, spices, herbs and supplements.
Well, I can tell you that after stopping coffee and moving supplementation to after the 8-hour protocol, I had a MAJOR detox on the 1000 protocol. I experienced the worst headache of my entire life. I do not get headaches. It knocked me out for an entire day. Major lower GI distress as well.
Kicked back to 2 drops. Life is good again. Skin continues to heal.
