Hello Colm,

I can share my experience of 4 weeks. The first 3 weeks I was on the 1000 Protocol, 3 drops in 4 oz. every hour for 8 consecutive hours. This last week, I prepared a 32-ounce bottle with 16 actived drops in the morning and kept it in the fridge. 8 consecutive hours - 4 oz. Very easy.

I took supplements and a thyroid pill 2 hours before starting the protocol. I drank coffee with milk 1 hour before starting the protocol. I ate small meals including a smoothie with fruit and lettuce during this period.

Results: I'm 64. My new get-out-of-bed time is 5am-6am. Before it was 7am. No naps. Unbelievable energy which is important because we operate a small business. Clear head. No fog. My skin issues are clearing up slowly but they were established.

This next week I plan on no supplements, no coffee before starting at 6am. I'll finish by 1pm and wait 2 hours before supplements. We'll see if that speeds up the healing.

Anyway, I'm thrilled with my results. I hope this helps!

I wrote this yesterday... "This last week, I prepared a 32-ounce bottle with 16 actived drops in the morning and kept it in the fridge. 8 consecutive hours - 4 oz. Very easy."

So, it's been a week and I feel like I'm backing up a bit. I'm going back to the Protocol 1000. I will be more cognizant of my food choices during that time. Going back to supplements 2 hours before starting and coffee 1 hour before. Yesterday, didn't work out so well for me. Also, will be adding 1 drop of mms hourly to see how that works out.

I would suggest to take supplements and coffee 1 hour after your last CLO2 dose of the day. How long will supplements linger in a body?

Will do...Good point...

Caffeine begins to affect your body very quickly. It reaches a peak level in your blood within 30 to 60 minutes. It has a half-life of 3 to 5 hours. The half-life is the time it takes for your body to eliminate half of the drug. The remaining caffeine can stay in your body for a long time.

For all that are interested in the Antioxidant Food Table, here is a link to the study and I've attached the PDF. I see that Katniss recommended foods 0.1mmol/100g or less. Can this be clarified? Taking with MMS or duing the protocol hours?

The attached PDF contains 3,100 food, beverage, spices, herbs and supplements.

Antioxidant Food Table

Enjoy!

Well, I can tell you that after stopping coffee and moving supplementation to after the 8-hour protocol, I had a MAJOR detox on the 1000 protocol. I experienced the worst headache of my entire life. I do not get headaches. It knocked me out for an entire day. Major lower GI distress as well.

Kicked back to 2 drops. Life is good again. Skin continues to heal.

One more thing, during the 8-hour protocol, ate protein, Brazilian Cheese Bread, Cheese and almond butter. Nixed the smoothie.

Great to hear your results and challenges, colm.

I may throw in 3 here and there to see if I can tolerate it. My plan is to have complete skin recovery and then do maintenance. Ridding my body of Glyphosate and heavy metals apparently, is giving me 50% more energy. My husband is experiencing the same energy boost and "dabbles" with MMS. He's 75.

Yes. Great Stuff!

Enjoy an allergy-free life!

What do you guys think about celery juice in the am? I find it helps with constipation, also were you guys eating fruit and veggies during protocol? I didn’t want the antioxidants to neutralize the mms.
