Getting up to speed with MMS will take time for new users. Jim Humble's latest
book,
MMS Health Recovery Guidebook, should have all the information you need, but there is a lot of info to learn.
A problem with using MMS for viruses, such as the common cold and flu, is that some people have reported here on this forum, including me, that MMS does not help.
There is one MMS protocol that may work for viruses,
which is based on a study which shows that CLO2 can kill viruses if the CLO2 concentration is high enough in the blood stream. The study is included in the protocol.
Since I did not have success using MMS for colds and flu, I began making and taking liposomal vitamin-C to see if that would work. In the 5 years that I have been doing that, I have not had a cold or the flu.
I read online that IV vitamin-C is being used to treat covid-19 patients in China, but you won't hear that news on the MSM, of course. Some say that liposomal vitamin-C is as effective as IV vitamin-C. Food for thought.
