Hi all, please tell me if you have had luck using a sinus irrigation to get rid of sinusitis. Have had this infection now x 3 mths. Tried everything. I have taken MMS internally but it doesn't really work that well for me, too harsh on my system. Maybe I should take less? Any suggestions appreciate.
Thanks,
Susan

In Jim Humble's latest book on page 116 he says:

Sinus Problems: Do the MMS1 Nose Procedure. Simultaneously, begin with the Starting Procedure and, if needed, continue following the HRP (always observing the Three Golden Rules) until well.
