Hello Guys,

My question is quite simple. Taking MMS could damage the 'good' bacteria from gut and stomach? I know that those bacteria and enzymes are critical for the overall health

Thanks a lot

Observing my gut health when ingesting MMS would seem to say, yes, good gut bacteria seem to be negatively effected. Everyone is different, so what happened to me may not happen to you.

I hold in my mouth a CDS + DMSO mouthwash for about 10 minutes every day and that method of getting CLO2 into my body does not effect my gut health. I'm trying other non-ingested methods of using sodium chlorite solutions, MMS1, CDH and CDS.
