I started taking MMS1 on October 6th, 2015. I took it everyday for 2 1/2 weeks (Protocol 1000) and that's when the severe diarrhea and flatulence hit me. It was so bad that I had to stop taking MMS completely for nearly a week last month due to the diarrhea and excessive flatulence. I'm now down to 10 drops of activated MMS1 3 times day since I work a regular job and can't stop to make the mixture every hour. I was using raw apple cider vinegar (Bragg's brand) since I didn't have any lemons on hand and I got even sicker. I bought some citric acid online and now I'm good to go :)

My bacterial vaginosis went away, my period is finally normal (no odor at all), my skin cleared up so good that I rarely wear makeup outside. I still have some dark spots on my face from acne damage so I'm trying to figure out a way to get rid of them naturally since I don't want to use benzoyl peroxide or anything not natural to clear them.

MMS1 spray bottle should take care of the skin problems pretty quickly The ratio for the skin is 10 activated drops per 1oz of water.

I've since completed Protocol 1000. I'm still having skin issues and I can't take high doses of MMS anymore. I take MMS1 every few days and not everyday. I have a nasty case of toenail fungus and a mild case of athlete's foot. My big toenails are brown and brittle. I don't want to go to the doctor and have the nails removed.

I remember Jim Humble mentioning that MMS doesn't work very well with all fungi.
In the Wiki, they speak about using Aztec clay in order to cure it. You can find the protocol under Fungus Control. It should help you keep the 'shrooms in check.

Concerning the intolerance to MMS, it probably stems from a toxin buildup. Every time you take the MMS, a bacterial die-off ensues, and your body can't cope with the amount of trash it has to expel. So you stop the treatment, the toxin concentration goes back to a more manageable level, but every time you kill more pathogens, it goes back up (think of it as the old bathtub math problem, with your body as the bathtub and toxins as the water)
Best thing you can do is tone things down, reducing the amount of MMS you take daily without stopping altogether. Most of the time 1 drop/hour is fairly well tolerated but don't hesitate to start lower if need be.

Best way to counter a buildup is to sweat it off: sauna, exercise, hot baths, whatever works, and remember to be correctly hydrated.

I wish you patience and good luck.

The last high dose I had was nearly a month ago when I concluded Protocol 1000. I've now modified my diet so when I do start taking MMS1 again everyday, the die-off won't be as bad I described earlier.

Try washing your toes & feet, then while still wet heavily sprinkling them with 20 Mule Team Borax (NOT borax substitute like they use in Europe). You can find it in the laundry detergent section of the grocery, Ace, or Walmart. Rub it in well as a paste , especially on & under your nails, slip a plastic bag over your foot( maybe a sock too), & chill out for an hour. I've heard of great results within a week! Good luck! PS- borax is non-toxic.
Here is the fascinating article I found this info in, on the very same day I found Genesis II & MMS. I'm trying both protocols, as I'm 65 & I hurt so bad it's hard to get out of bed! Many auto, sports, & work injuries leading to fibromyalgia, arthritis, brain fog, insomnia, etc., etc. Knees are shot. The worst is the complete lack of any energy!! But many friends have told me they suspect I have chronic lyme disease. So I'm going for the mms protocols.
