Hi
I'm new with posting stuff. I'm not sure I'm doing this right. Can someone help me with how to take MMS for the first time. I would like a step by step schedule for everyday if thats possible. I'm nervous taking it. I like to start with a small dose maybe 6 drops a day for a while. I'm not sure how to do that.
I was diagnosed with Lupus a few years ago. I've stoped taking any medication because of the after affects of the drugs. In the summer I get very weak from the heat. I live in Greece so you can imagine how hot it is here. Also in summer spots on my skin appear from the sun even when I avoid it. Thank you

Hi Roxy, welcome to the forum!

You are doing a fine job of posting! Do you have the 50% citric acid solution or the 10%?

The usual place to start is protocol 1000. Here are three links where you can find out more about it.

Even if you only want to take one dose a day you still want to start out with a 1 drop dose the first day, then 2 drops the next then 3 drops the next till you get to the 6 drops daily dose if that is what you want to do. You have to watch and see if you get symptoms from taking the drops and then modify your dose based on that. You are welcome to post your questions here and also this is explained on those links above.

Hi Michael,
Thank you for the information. I did watch the links you send me but still have some questions. I decided to start with 6 drops and I will start on Monday when I go back home to my village. So how do I start? From what I understand I will take one drop the first day and on Tuesday 2 drops. Do I take the 2 drops in one dose or can I take them every hour for 2 hours. I’m sorry about all these questions but because I live far from hospitals I get nervous and I don’t want to get sick.

Hi Electra,

On the first day take one drop, be sure and add activator and let it activate for the proper period of time, add some water and take it. It would be very good to take a second or third dose of one drop that same day. If you have no diarrhea or nausea, then take 2 drops all at once the second day, and take the 2 drop dose a second or third time that day if you can. You work up to taking 6 drop doses all at once and then two or three times a day if you want.

The doses can be taken one hour apart. When you take the doses 1 hour apart then your are keeping the mms in your blood for as many hours as you keep taking the doses. This is the most powerful way to help your immune system. When you take one, two or three doses a day and they are a couple hours or more apart there is benefit because some pathogens will be killed that way, but it is not as strong as every hour.
