Hello,

I would like to know if anyone can help me please.I started taking Prrotocol 1000 for my fribromylgia and IBS
and pains in my arms.Is there any limit or instructions for limiting Vitamin C or antioxidants in my diet
in the 8 hours that every hour I take the mms.Any special dietary instructions as well.

I'm very new here so I may not be of too much assistance. It's my understanding that you should have no antioxidants or Vitamin C while on the protocol. I do remember seeing something about the mms wearing off after several hours so if you must take them, try to space them as far from your last mms dose as well as before your next mms dose as you can. Remember that coffee is an antioxidant... :( I hope this helps!

I've heard 2 hours, four hours, and i think Jim mentiond 6 hours for mega doses of vitamin C (could be wrong). 8 hours is probably a safe bet, but i've seen people doing two hours, i'm not shure which one is best, obviosly 2 hours is more ideal (i like my coffee).
