Hi,

I just found out I have herpes 1 and 2 bit have never had a breakout. I would like to try protocol 1000 or 2000. I ordered MMS1, DMSO liquid and gel, citric acid, MMS2 (thinking can not be mixed so may not be needed) and Food Grade Diatomaceous Earth.

I have been doing a liver detox so I am prepping and am very healthy juicing all of the time and began moving to alkaline diet along with place unrefined coconut oil in juice. I have also been taking olive oil, oregano and elderberry. Will these interfere? I also take a multi-vitamin and probiotics. Will those interfere? Should I take some sort of a blood cleanser?

Would you recommend I start with protocol 1,000 or 2,000? Since I have never had an outbreak, I am nervous, I will not hit the virus. Is it okay for me to take a tablespoon of Food Grade Diatomaceous Earth while on protocol 1,000 or 2,000?

Also, since I ordered the gel, I read how you place it on your spine. Do you put mms 1 or 2 in it and how often?

Lastly, since I get very little protein, is it okay for me to still keep up with raw hemp protein powder? Not sure if it is alkaline and will interfere with the protocol as well.

Thank you for your support and advice. This was given to me unbeknownst by my soon to be ex-husband and it is a difficult time in my life.

1000 is the base protocol, and you would start with it, even if you move to 2000.

Jim does not recommend an alkaline diet - you can find 2 newsletters he posted on that on the Newsletter link above, one on Vegans and Vegetarians, and the other, I can't remember the title right off the bat, but it should be obvious. His experience is that people on high alkaline diets do not heal as well as those who eat a more nutritious diet. The Hemp seeds are fine, and will also provide you with extra omegas.

You can do the DE with the rest of the protocol. Any high antioxidant (such as a supplement or additional Vitamin C used to "protect" juices, etc.) cannot be taken with the rest of the protocol. You can wait until 2 hours after your final dose for the day to take them if you feel that you are HAVE to take them during the treating period.

Hello Pam, Are u insinuating that taking various vita/min/anti-0xidants supplements to be a waste of time and or money? Of course were talking about injesting same after completing the protocol 1000 for the day.. Are anti-oxidants a waste of money? Dr. Andreas Kalchner seems to think so and I think hes absolutely brilliant. After all his theory on" mitachorndria polarity shift" is enlightening to say the least. Lastly I just want to thank you for being so diiigent in this forum and offering such excellent advice. Well done! Respectfully, Michael D

Supplements are not suggested. Eating a healthy diet is.
As far as DMSO is concerned here is a quote from Pam:

Jim recommends in his last book the 70%. I've never seen anything other than using the same amount of DMSO as your MMS/CDS - Lots of people have lots of theories of what to do - and since each one of us is responsible for their own choices, I can only suggest that you choose one and try it. Primarily, here, you're going to get Jim Humble's recommendation.
