I take 3 drops four times a day,

is it best to drink before or after a meal,

should I change to a smaller dosage more times a day or same dosage more times a day.

How I make MMS -

I mix 24 drops of each, in a glass 8 oz beaker, when it has done its chemical thing, dark brown. I add 8 oz of water, poor into a green bottle and another 8 oz of water, this fills the bottle. I poor out a dose 2 oz and drink.

PS I use a grolsch's beer bottle with wire snap, ceramic lid and rubber washer. holds sixteen oz. of liquid.

I take MMS1 30 minutes either before of after eating, and I prefer smaller dosages throughout the day, every hour a few sips for a total of 8 to 10 times.

MMS (Master Mineral Solution) is Sodium Chlorite 28% (22.4% Sodium Chlorite, 5.6% Inert Salts and the remainder water) plus an acidic activator (usually 50% Citric Acid or 4% Hydrochloric Acid) when combined produces Chlorine Dioxide.
