Does MMS inactivate antioxidants if it is taken too soon before or afterwards? I'm taking a lot of vitamins and supplements for Lyme Disease and have now started MMS. I've heard that the antioxidants can render MMS ineffective, but is the reverse also true, that MMS can render the antioxidants ineffective, also?

Additionally, how much time should be allowed before and after taking antioxidants to take MMS?

Nps Offline Junior Member Posts: 30 Thank you received: 14	The Antioxidants " inactivate" the MMS. MMS is an oxidizer (it oxidize pathogens). Antioxidant hence the "anti" do the opposite of the above. avoid taken them at the same time. Make a gap of at least 2 hours to be on the safe/optimal side. ~Peace~

Actually, MMS cannot render antioxidants ineffective.
Sorry -
The antioxidants can render MMS ineffective - MMS works by oxidation. I concur with Nir on this. I think Paul's response was the length of time between the antioxidants and MMS (to protect the MMS oxidation process) - Personally, to be safe, I'd do my antioxidants 1.5 hours or more after my last MMS dose. (MMS is pretty well gone in 1.5 - 2 hrs)
