Hey, had anyone of you tried MMS topically on sunburned skin? I don't feel like putting anything on my skin. I've heard about using natural yoghurt or curd, but I'd like to ask you if you know some tested natural/home method to deal with it? Thank in advance for replies ;)

Hi truther,

Yes, using UNACTIVATED mms on the burn. No citric acid. Do not leave it on longer than 5 minutes before thoroughly rinsing it off with cool water.
The alkalinity will counteract the pain, caused by acids in the skin created by the burn.
Rub it on gently with your fingertips,
wait no more than 5 minutes,
Rinse it off!

It is ok to repeat if the pain persists. The sooner the burn is treated, the better the mms will work.

good luck

I've treated it with mix of flaxseed and sunflower oil overnight. I achieved intended goal, I could fall asleep, usually I can't sleep when I'm sunburned. My skin is soft and not as "hot" as it used to be yesterday, yet it's still red. Now I'm gonna give try to unactivated MMS. I've eated cucumbers before I got sunburned, I hope it has reduced burning to some extent :]

You should also check out VCO as it is very good for skin problems, including sunburns. Now-a-days, I always have it rub all over my kids before I let them out in the sun. Have stopped using sunscreen and like products with all the different toxic ingredients in them. Besides, we all need more Vitamin D3 and I remember reading somewhere that the advent and wide use of sunscreens correlated with the increase incidence of skin cancers and not vice versa.

Also look into Aloe Vera as it is also reported to be good for sun burns.

To be honest, I don't expose my skin to the Sun in order to get it brown. I really don't care of it, I wanted to help my body synthesize some vitamin D and breathe in fresh air. What's funny I haven't intended to lay on Sun for so long, I just wanted to read one chapter of some book... yet the chapter was too long :D

MMS2 spray.
Maybe a capsule worth of MMS2 in a 4oz spraybottle.

Just spray the MMS2-water-mix on there as soon as it starts to hurt, and basically just as often as possible. You'll notice the burn (in the moment) going away almost immediately.

Then ofc theres the unactivated MMS as mentioned above. It will sting a little (!), but do try spraying the pure unactivated MMS directly on the burn and leave it there for at least 3 minutes before you rinse it off with cold water under the shower for example.

After that, go back to the MMS2 spray protocol and spray it.
Spray more once the mms2-water from the last time you sprayed - has dried out.

Aloe vera is also good.
