Does anyone have any ideas about how to use MMS or other modalities to stop water retention?

I have two situations that have come up where they are seeking advice.

Cancer (lung I believe) and hepatitis C: Started on CDS because believed it was best, been on it for 3 weeks, started at 1/4 tsp/hour went up to 1 tsp/hour. Some problems such as constant skin itch went away, but now developing a cough and stomach and legs are retaining fluid. Reduced CDS dose to 1/4 tsp/hour. Planning to go to MMS1 baking soda protocol and MMS2. What can be done about the water retention?

Comatose invalid due to brain stem bleeding, feeding tube and tracheal tube for oxygen, kidneys are nearly failing, massive water retention in abdomen and everywhere, unhealing bed sores, doctors sent home to die. An alternative Doctor recommended MMS.
Topical treatments: tried MMS2 water spray on skin and bed sores (bed sores packed with clay soaked with MMS2 water), did not help, seemed to cause skin irritation and sores a little worse, now switching to MMS1 spray for bed sores.
Oral dosing: Tried CDS and some improvement in oxygen levels and clearing of lungs. Then switched to MMS1. Worked up to equivalent of 1 drop/hr of MMS1 orally now being dripped continuously into feed tube. Oxygen levels improved and opened eyes and looked at a person and scratched another person with finger, had not done this before. No improvement in massive water retention.
Bladder irrigation: having constant bladder infections; irrigated with 1 ml CDS daily through catheter, seems to have helped the infection, pus levels went down and got clearer in color.

Any thoughts on how to improve the water retention problem in either of these circumstances?

Thanks in advance for any help,

Michael
