I am having some difficulty following Protocol 1000. I would appreciate any suggestions.

Here is my log of following Protocol 1000:

~~~~~~
1st day: used 24 drops of MMS and diluted with 1 liter of water and drank all of it all in equal portions in 8 hrs. Since I had used MMS in the past, and didn't feel any problems. My body does not show any problems when I consume 3 drops of MMS.
2nd day: I created the same solution (as the previous day), but I only ended up consuming half liter (16 drops of MMS). The smell and the taste was quite offensive. Moreover, it just didn't feel right to consume more.
3rd day: I am taking a break. I haven't consumed any MMS today. I still have the lingering taste and smell of MMS. I could even smell it when I went to the bathroom.
~~~~

I consider myself to be a pretty healthy person. I fast once every week (where I only drink water for 24 hours). I feel though Protocol 1000 is too strong for me. It just doesn't feel right when I consume 24 drops of MMS every day (doing that for 3 weeks seems that I will be hurting my body). However, I know that there are toxins in my body that I need to clean (I get mouth sores whenever I am stressed, etc).

I would appreciate any suggestions from MMS users and experts.

Thanks!

Usually, people start low and gradually get to 3 drops (activated) an hour for 8 hours a day.

I would suggest dropping back to 1 drop an hour, or 1/2 a drop an hour (make up a full 32 oz with 4 drops, activated, for the full day) - and build up slowly to the 3 drops an hour, activated.

When you're at 3 drops an hour, activated, if you prefer, you could use 1/8 a tsp of baking soda added to the mix, after the MMS has been activated and the water added. That will cut the taste.

Or you can go to CDS, which will smell strongly like the MMS, but which has hardly any taste at all.

All options for you.

I was not aware we can just make a batch of daily water and mms. I thought it should be fresh and so to be active in Oxygen as it was done hourly.

Yes, the smell is offensive but I think my odor also went rancid. After showering you can smell it everywhere. Its quite disgusting...I just did a major clean of my place again, I cannot tolerate my sense of smell of it.

My first 2 days, I felt a burning in my eyes, so I think its good the oxygen is finding all these places to be and its very noticeable.

Thank you Pam, I will definately try the baking soda today. I wish there was something to see what actually gets out of the system (from skin, breath etc)

Oh, yes, you can make up a day's batch. If you go to www.jimhumble.biz , on the right hand side you'll see a list of the protocols and under the Protocol 1000, you will find a link to Mark's video on how to make up a day's batch. It's easy-peasy, as they say.

Know that your skin is the largest organ you have, and the body will use it to excrete the toxins - so you may undergo a change in body smells, temporarily. I notice my body smells a bit of chlorine after a few days on the protocol. My cats seem to like it <G>. It's definitely not as bad as coming out of a swimming pool.

Another thing to keep in mind is that we do need to keep hydrated. I tend to get dehydrated if I don't watch it. The body is working hard to get rid of the stuff that is being killed off, so it needs the extra fluids - without them, my eyes dry out, too.
