Hi everyone.

Now that quite a few people have made CDS, I think it's time we gave some serious consideration to how we can best store it. Please jump in with any ideas you may have. Thanks.

I'll start it off with something that I've found that seems ideal (with the exception of the small size - only 200 ml :( ) It's an airtight, light tight, collapsible bag. We should be able to find them somewhere in larger sizes. What I'm thinking is that we can store our larger quantity of cds (500 ml or more) in a big bag and then fill our smaller bottles from it. I'm using an approximately 30 ml amber bottle with a dropper on top for my dispensing which only lasts a few days on protocol 1000. It's so small that there isn't be that much air space above the cds for the ClO2 to fill and again, it's used up quite quickly anyway. I feel that this is a pretty good approach for now. I'll attach pictures of the bag and amber bottle below.

One more thing. I put about 10 ml of cold cds in the bag that is pictured below. Then I squeezed out all the air so that the cds was almost coming out the top and then screwed the cap on (so no excess space in the bag for the gas to escape into). Then I intentionally warmed it up by putting it into my pants pocket to see if the gas would exit the water and cause the bag to expand. It didn't expand one bit, so I think that the gas, even though the cds got warm, stayed in suspension! I'm thinking I should now be able to refrigerate it again, then open the top and not have any ClO2 loss even though it got very warm - approximately 90 plus degrees F.

Please tell me your ideas.

May we all be well :) ,
Scott

- I did a CDH injection / Chlorine Dioxide (CLO2) injection / IV push of 10ml of dilute 50ppm CDH / CLO2 into my blood 3 times in 11 hours & did before & after blood tests that showed that it did NO HARM to my blood, liver or kidneys. This suggests the possibility that CDH / CLO2 is a potential LIFESAVING MRSA cure, VRE cure, CRE cure, AMR cure, Ebola cure, HIV cure, Cancer cure, etc., since it appears to be safe intravenously at 50ppm.

- Every ml of CDH contains 1 drop of MMS, so 1 drop of MMS = 1ml of CDH
- MMS is 7 to 10% activated in 30 seconds while CDH made with 4% HCl is about 50% activated in the bottle. This is why CDH is far less nauseating than MMS drops

Just did a search on collapsible drinking bottles and found a lot. Here's one that has a lot of variety for a start:

Excellent, Scott. I am wondering, if you could freeze it, how long the CDS would "keep" - oh, another test (but it would take a while, LOL) - I'm betting it would remain in solution a lot longer, frozen, in a container that has no air. The 200mL would actually contain sufficient to do one 3 week round of 1000 at 1mL per dose (actually, a little more) - may I ask where you got the one you show in your photos?

Here's one quite a bit more expensive (but you don't have to buy 250 <G>), but holds 2 liters. I think we'd need to find out what the plastic is, and how well it stands up to temps and the CDS gas...

Also, Amazon has some

One thing I've found for mailing traditionally that is brand new is something called "Techni-Ice" - it's out of Australia. I want to send some to my brother, and didn't want it to get too warm. This stuff, unlike gel packs, will stay frozen for days. And it's less problematic than dry ice. And it can be cut to size. www.amazon.com/gp/product/B000ZOUYV6/ref=oh_o00_s00_i00_details

You can get it in various sheet numbers - i.e., buy in 3 sheets, or buy in 5 sheets.

Hi Pam,

The one I showed came with hydrogenized water in it from a company out of Japan. I just wanted to show it since I think this way of containing it seems very good.

The Platypus bottle you showed looks great! We should be able to get bottles like this in different sizes fairly easy. I would think that with bottles like this, and keeping the cds refrigerated, it could possible keep 6 months or longer. That's just a guess though - based upon my observations. There just isn't anywhere for the gas to go, so I don't see how it could be "lost" in any way.

Well take care and let me know if you come up with any other ideas.

Scott

I was thinking that if you just have CDS in a bottle with a little airspace, would the CD gas fill the space quite quickly so it would not really matter how long would a bottle be on warm if the bottle was tight, since the gas could no escape.
And maybe if you put it back to the cold and turn it a bit, would not the CD go back to the water?
I mean that at least for transporting CDS or so. I have it in a dropper bottle, do you think the gas can come trough the rubber?

Hello all.

Just want to let everyone know what happened to my dropper bottles red rubber material; the cds appears to be dissolving it. I had emptied the bottle of cds earlier today and then when I was going to refill it, I noticed some pink material in the glass dropper part. I put some water in the bottle and sucked it up into the glass dropper and then covering the tip with my finger I shook it - so that the water would go into the part you squeeze. This caused a very large amount of the pink stuff to come out. So my conclusion is that the cds eats the rubber after awhile. Below is a picture of the bottle and dropper I'm talking about here.

Take care,
Scott

I have found that rubber tends to degrade over time - whether it's with CDS or (my other application is with tinctures and essential or aromatic oils) other things. I have a 2oz bottle I got at www.containerandpackaging.com/item/B374A Container and Packaging (You have to buy the cap separately, just be aware), or, you can go into a pharmacy in the US and ask for a 2 oz liquid vial in amber plastic, and sometimes, they'll just give you one, for free,. I use a 3mL syringe without the needle to pull up the requisite amount of CDS. This works for me because I can see on the barrel of the syringe exactly how much I'm pulling up, and then I squirt it into my shotglass with water in it. I got my 3mL syringe in a farm supply store - I think you can buy a box of them off the internet at amazon.com and you can actually purchase them without the needles.

So, I make an 8 oz batch via the Humble method, and pour the 8 oz into two 4-oz bottles. I keep my 2 oz bottle in the fridge and refill it from the 4oz bottles as necessary. When I've emptied the last 4 oz bottle, it's time to make a new batch, and I've got several days worth of CDS in the 2 oz bottle to carry me through until I have to use it. I keep it all in the fridge, unless I'm going somewhere, and then I keep the 2 oz bottle in a small carry container with some ice substitute - gel pak, etc. That way the CDS stays under 50 degrees . Depending on how long I anticipate I'll be out of the house, I will either take an individual dose of CDS in a small bottle with water (short trip), or I'll take my bottle filled with CDS, and my syringe, and just make it up with some water wherever I am (say I was going to be at work).

That dissolving of the rubber tip of the glass droppers is an issue. It was mentioned by Jim in his first book. I think all of the ClO2 products will do this.

Rather than adding foreign material to my MMS dossage, I stay with my HDPE dropper bottles with the plastic dropper nozzles.

Pity though.... as those glass droppers work the best :(
