Please refrain from calling other forum members names. We're pretty big on respect of other forum members here.

jbvtme your post was inciting to violence - may I suggest that if you wish to make a joke that you put a LOL or a smiley on it. That way there will be no confusion. His reaction was not out of place, if your post had been legit, and he had no way to know that, because it was only your 2nd or 3rd post. We don't know you.

Ok I am back home and now face the challenge to defend my sovereignty. Thank you all for responding. I did get inspired be the goat owner who took on the challenge all by her self to change the zoning code so she could keep her goats. Just don't even know where and how to start. I guess the first step is to get my mind back into being home :)

Good for you!

You may find this as interesting as I have;

archive.org/details/Michael_Badnarik

give him at least, 10-15 min before deciding anything...he gets into property rights and ownership, but I didn't note what time that was
and that was my main reason, but I think his words will speak for themselves.

and I'd love to hear feedback on that!

I recently came upon MMS and FGHP therapy at the same time. And NOW more recently, I stumbled into old therapies, like turpentine!
And I always support peoples right to choose whichever therapy they see fit to take!

youtube- daniels, why turpentine is good for your health most excellent info with instructions and warnings for proper preparation prior to using turp should you choose to do so.
diamond g in georgia was the best turp I found.

kw,
wow thank you for sharing that link. I have listened to the first segment (I will listen to the rest) and so far if I understand right I really have no right and have to comply to the Town's rules since I do not own the land.
How ever and maybe he will cover this I do have a right to life and a right to eat eggs that are healthy, more nutritious and clean (no pesticides, antibiotics etc.) So I will continue to listen. Knowledge is power and yes the government will not give me information to make changes. That is what I am searching for. How can I change the current zoning code.
OK going back to listen to part 2 :)

You have to pay very close attention to the words used and how they are used
[ you'll find, the law is not sloppy but us listeners usually are, until we learn a tuff lesson! ]

As far as the town rules are concerned.....are they constitutional? If they are not, how would you defend yourself with that info?

Have any supreme court decisions covered that?

Marbury v madison says that any law that is in opposition to the constitution was unconstitutional from the day it was drawn up!
[ which bring into question a lot of revenue gathering laws doesn't it?! ]

It would do you some good to search out federal rules of procedure and evidence 2 different books/pdfs

Also take a look at the UCC, uniform commercial code.....[ and..... welcome to my world :woohoo: ]

also....jurisdictionary.com/

forgive me for backing up the truck....
