I hope this message finds any and all who read it doing well. I recently just began using MMS last week January 17, 2017. I was feeling very ill, almost like at any moment I was going to collapse and die. I started doing protocol 1000 with 3 drops an hour for 7 hours. I noticed no improvements, so on the 8th hour I went up to 4 drops. Almost instantly I noticed a change. My appetite came back, and my fever went down. I ate and it gave me diarrhea. After using the bathroom i felt much better. I have been doing 4 drop doses for 8 hours since. However, after the second day I stopped getting diarrhea and just got gas. Since then I have noticed before starting the protocol for the day I have energy and feel ok but when I start it my energy goes down, ill feel tired and I start feeling a fever. Is this normal? I went to 5 drop doses yesterday January 21, 2017 but only could handle 2 hours worth because it gave me real bad diarrhea and nausea. Today Sunday January 22, 2017 I am down to just 1 drop doses per hour. What I'm wondering is if feeling fatigued with a fever while doing MMS is normal in regards to what I'm dealing with, or am I overdosing? I have read different answers online saying that feeling tired/having flu symptoms is a good sign that it means your body is ridding working hard to rid itself of toxins. Others say that I might be taking too much. Has anyone else experienced this feeling? If so what do you recommend? Also, what do you guys suggest eating between doses?

Most of your symptoms suggest that you had too much MMS, just back down to a level you feel better and improved...

Fever is signal to you when your body need more water to do the healing.

As for eating, eat in between the dose interval... does not need to be full on food during healing, just enough to feel good will do.

Thank you Edwin3110, I have been eating fruit in between doses (apples and bananas) and it is helping. I almost feel like after I eat something it jumpstarts the MMS because when I don't eat through the day while on the protocol, I feel very weak and sick. Also I noticed when I eat (small snack) it allows me to drink more water without feeling nauseous and the mms becomes a bit more tolerable when something is in my stomach. I'll cut up apple slices and bananas and munch on them. Today I am doing 2 drops per hour. I feel slightly better than yesterday. I read that sometimes smaller doses more continually are more effective. I want to try 10 hour x 2drop doses today and see how it goes but do you think I'll overdose? Yesterday was tough. From Saturday (Jan 21) afternoon to Sunday morning(Jan 22) I had diarrhea about 15 times and puked once. My diarrhea got to the point where no solid stuff was coming out it was pure liquid. Sunday I had told myself I was going to take the day off because I was feeling queasy just from smelling the mms. But I persisted anyway because I read that you shouldn't stop, just take less. So I did one drop per hour. I mixed it with some fresh squeezed beat juice from the local supermarket and took it. I had not eaten since breakfast so I was feeling very weak and almost how I was feeling before I started the protol(sick tired like i was going to collapse any moment) until I got some fruit in me between doses. I noticed a change quickly like the mms kicked in after I ate the fruit. I don't know if I was feeling that bad prior to the fruit because i had not ate since breakfast or all the diarrhea I had the day before. Also, I love meat and bread and all that good stuff but I've read that a bad diet can cause a virus to breed quicker than you are killing it. Should I stick to immune building foods like fruits and veggies? Some sites say you can eat whatever you want but I'm scared. I'm trying to figure this out quick, trial and error is killing me. Do you recommend any specific foods to avoid or maybe something I can stick to while on the protocol? Like specific fruits, veggies, etc? I'll sacrifice whatever I just don't want to die. Also I have a question. When it comes to showering, I've read that the chlorine in unfiltered water can neutralize the mms, is this true? Also, would the chloride in soap/shampoo products neutralize it too? How do I shower or wash my hands or wash fruit in it? Should I stick to sponge banths in distilled water like I have? Or if I wanted to take a bath in the mms how would I do it with chlorinated water would that not neutralize it? Will taking baths in mms help heal me quicker? Or should I wait until i finish protocol 1000? I apologize for bombarding you guys with so many questions but there's a lot of information that is all over the place on the internet so I'd rather hear from people who have experience specifically with what I'm dealing with. I thank you in advance for any advice, wisdom, and suggestions. Peace and blessings to you all
