Hello all!

I´ve been on Protocol 4000 for almost six weeks now (HIV).
A while ago, let´s say about 4 months ago, I totally cut off milk from my diet, which I believe most people here would agree was a good decision. I started drinking only SOY milk instead of regular milk. Eventually, I´d have some yogurt, but try to avoid milk as much as possible.

So here is the question: I´ve been drinking SOY milk regularly to get enough calcium. I always took it for granted that soy milk was pure soy milk, but, to my surprise, I learned yesterday that soy milk has small amounts of vitamin C !!! To be precise, 15% of reccomended daily intake. I freaked out! I´ve been struggling to swallow the strong MMS2 with discipline and love for almost two months.... do you think the amount of Vit. C in soy milk can affect the protocol 4000?????

I already made up my mind to go on for an extra couple of weeks with zero soy milk intake just to be sure, but was hoping the last 5 weeks weren´t in vain.
Please shed me some light....

love, peace and health to everyone!

If you are drinking milk just for the calcium then there are other better ways to get calcium in our diet.

Humans are the only species to drink milk as adults -- it is not necessary or good for us.

Search for other sources of calcium. :)

soy milk - are you a menopausal female? Soy in all its forms has a very high estrogen content which is why menopausal women drink it/use it. No man should be using soy unless he needs estrogen (probably not) and IMO no women who wants her own estrogen levels to stay balanced should be drinking it. Soy is for menopausal women only and in the US unless stated non-GMO - all soy and soy products are GMO (genetically modified). I think you need mms now for the after effects of the soy milk. So sorry but not to worry - it can be undone.

I agree that soy is not the best choice for you - but the answer to your question - if the vitamin C is not "added" but is the amount normally found in soymilk, it's not an issue. It's "added vitamin C" that's the booger.

I agree you should stay away from soy ,try organic rice milk from "Rice Dream"recommended by many Nathuropatic doctors.
Be careful with calcium supplements make sure you take it with magnesium!
Coral calcium extra recommended by Robert Barefoot helped my friend along with alkaline diet and touch healing win battle with brain cancer.
Good luck!

So, considering I took soy products out of my diet, and considering I´ve been on Protocol 4000 for almost six weeks...

Do you believe the Protocol is now back to day one or do you think some of it actually might have already done it´s work? Should I still go one for 2, 3 more weeks and then do the maintenance protocol? Or should I go back to square one and time my 6 weeks all over again?

Since no one addressed this particular issue, I´m still a little confused. Couldn´t imagine Soy was so controversial. Good to know though. Always learning more from this forum.

BTW, Cary, I´m not a female....very interesting to read the info you provided, though. Thanks all!

If anyone has any ideas on my question, I´d LOOOVE to read!! (jeez, 6 full capsules of MMS2 a day for 2 months is NOT an easy task!!! ;)

Peace, Love and Health to All!

LOL, Christian, I don't think they were in vain - 15% vit C that is naturally occurring (not added by ascorbic acid) should not nullify anything you've done.

Thanks Pam and Charlotte....

I might go an extra couple of weeks on MMS2 just to be safe before moving on to the maintenance protocol...

I´m praying someday someone makes flavored MMS2 :)

I think I may never be able to go into a swimming pool again :)

Well, then, moving on. I´ll keep you guys posted on my progress as it occurs.

My wife is on Protocol 4000 as well and I told her today about the soy milk thing and she almost cried, poor thing. We were soooo close to our 6 week goal.... it seems she has an even harder time with the MMS2 taste...

Peace, love and health to everyone!
