Drink 8 pills of L-Lysine when you have a active outbreak and 3 pills when no outbreak.

Put Cinamon Powder over your blister, will burn the first time for about a minute and will make the pain gone for the rest of the outbreak. If you know that going to have an outbreak put the cinnamon powder first that will make the blister no develop. and the burn sensation will be less.

MMS and MMS2 Terapy

The recomended protocol is 1000 (3 drop of SC + 2 drop of Activator (HCL or CA)) 8 times a day or every hour, use Pill (GelCaps 0)

Add MMS2 pill to your 1000 protocol , do it if you feel that you can tolerate the protocol 1000 + MMS2

hi, yesterday was the 4rd days that I was following the Opulance herpes protocol 15 14 13 12 ... but happened that I got sotmacache nausea cramps and this morning diarrhea... what to do? can I sto p fortoday rest andstart again tomorrow? and today I focus just in rub my low back? do you think it work as well?

If you follow indication, the correct action will be stop until you get better, keep in mind that not Jim Humble protocols. This site is to support Jim Humble protocols. But my personal advice is stop until you get well. Then continue.

I normally did not make a suggestion, this going to be the first time I ask some body to look into the 4 hours method. Is basically that one both more adjust to reality.

I have problem to follow your posting, are you making reference to whom? In the book of Jim said 20 for Citric acid and later the HCL was introduce and is 30 Second.
