Hi there,
I am looking for some guidance on curing herpes simplex 2 and the right protocols...I just dug out some old mms and started taking it.I'm on day 7 taking mms hourly 3 drops. I've also started spraying it on the sores every hr I can. I have been doing research on what to do here and I need some clear information. Is it more effective to use dmso? Also am i supposed to be spraying it on my spine? What about douching? As I understand I need to eat a alkaline diet a avoiding antioxidants caffeine vit c.....
Will it still cure herpes only doing the mms? Is it necessary to add dmso or cds? Is having a bath in mms helpful? Ive had a couple baths so far. Please help me as I have been in pain and agony for the 7 months I've been infected. Any information ia greatly appreciated.
Blessings

Hi there

I completed a three week protocol for HSV1 almost 2 months ago now and I believe the virus has gone. I cannot be sure as I don't know of a blood test which detects the virus itself (they all seem to rely on antibodies which you will always have regardless of whether the virus is present or not). HSV 1 and 2 are almost identical viruses so I guess there must be crossover in terms of protocol.

I did three drops per hour for 8 - 10 hours a day (depending on how I felt). Every other day I took MMS2 before bed. NO alcohol, tea, coffee or added Vit C. (REMEMBER, its the antioxidants in tea and coffee that will effect the MMS NOT the caffeine So decaffeinated drinks are OUT as well!) I kept my intake of vegetables or anything remotely antioxidant during the daytime to a minimum - pretty much bread and meat / cheese for lunch. Every other morning I made a fresh smoothie with lots of fruits and veg but waited at least 2 hours after the last sip before taking my first MMS1 of the day (I used the MMS2 on the same days that I had the smoothie).

I actually stopped short of three weeks by a couple of days and waited. Almost straight away I got a cold sore come up on my nose. I let it come out for a day and then hit it with a 15 drop solution and an MMS2 capsule. Almost immediately I experienced a weird fizzing sensation in the effected area which lasted just a few seconds, and that was it! It scabbed over and was gone the next day. Its only 2 months ago, but I've really tried to get a cold sore to come out since then, using my usual triggers (alcohol, chocolate, junk food, late nights etc) but nothing has come out. I was pretty sick after the 15 drop hit for 24 hours or so but it passed no problem.

My advice would be to really stay on top of the antioxidents. You need them to get rid of the debris left behind by the oxidation, but DON'T mix them! They will cancel each other out.

Hope this is of some help to you.

Forgot to mention! I took up jogging after the first week on MMS just to get the blood moving and get the MMS circulating better and I think this might have helped too.
Good luck!

Hello, it is great to find other people working out the same issues. I did the Protocol 1000 for 3 weeks. Prior to the 3 weeks I started up slowly with 1 drop per/hr for the first week then 2 drops per/hr the second week (both 8 hours a day). I did this in April and agree with you I felt so good without any coffee I started working out to get the blood circulating so the MMS would hopefully permeate the nervous system (where it resides dormant along your spine).

I thought it was gone and I do believe it seriously weakened the viral load however approximately 3 months later I got the familiar symptoms of tingling around the corner of my nose and swelling of lymph glands just under the jaw lines with aches, slight feverish and headache(s). I fell back on my prescription with I hate because it's generic and not as effective as the name brand (so I end up doubling dosage). Well I caught it early enough also by taking 2000mg Lysine and Lauricidin.

I am unhappy with this episode but I think I have no choice but to try again but continue beyond 3 weeks perhaps maybe doubling/tripling the time by either 6 or 9 weeks and maybe see if I can increase the drops by 1 or 2…I doubt it because I tolerated 3 drops good but once you go up you get the diarrhea which I can't help but have to stop.

Also I saw Ancient_Riders testimony using CDS (at 24,000ppm) he did it for 10 weeks but I've never taken CDS before and not sure of any reactions. I learned the hard way that citric activator was really bad for me…but alas…HCL works well!

Well let me know
thanks

In response to cuzzindavid (08/20/16), I believe that some viruses (like herpes type viruses) are very deep-rooted in the body. It seems to me that a person who is trying to eradicate these, should maintain a longer-term protocol. Maybe consider doing a 2-3 month protocol. I have a friend who used MMS dosing for over a year, sometimes at 10 drops/hour. After a year, she was still expelling parasites almost daily. Since MMS does not harm healthy human tissue, does not build up in the body, and now that you've learned how to use it effectively for yourself, you may want to consider a long-term plan. I don't necessarily think that higher dosing is better -- I would go for long-term consistency. Good luck. And may great health become yours!

Hello InfiniteBliss, I believe that some viruses (like herpes type viruses) are very deep-rooted in the body. I don't necessarily think that higher dosing is better -- I would go for long-term consistency.
It is always best to eat only healthy foods -- don't add toxins to your body (fried foods, additives, processed foods, etc)
Avoid high anti-oxidant foods/drinks within one hour of taking MMS. You could take anti-oxidants after you complete your MMS protocols for the day, perhaps just before bedtime.
DMSO has been known to direct MMS directly to the pathogens. It is not necessary, but a good addition. May perhaps speed up the process.
CDS is basically the same thing as MMS, so you can either use one or the other. (Just understand the dosing difference)
You can do enemas or douches with MMS as well, to get more chlorine dioxide into the lower abdomen. Again, maybe not necessary, but helpful additions.
Bathing in MMS is a great idea. It simply adds more MMS to the blood in an easy way. Why not bathe in it several times a week?
Even if all you do is take MMS each hour for a number of weeks, your system should eventually be cleared of the virus. Unfortunately no-one can say how long it will take, as each body is infested differently. So, a person needs to use MMS until you feel the virus is gone.
Good luck. And may great health become yours!

Hi all.

Just an update for you. Its been over a year now since my last cold sore (I had HSV1 by the way, not HSV2). I've had two colds and a nasty stomach virus in that time but no sign of a cold sore at all. I didn't treat the colds with MMS as I wanted to test if the HSV virus would show up, but it didn't. I did treat the stomach virus with MMS and it cured that in a couple of days. I can't say if the MMS will cure HSV2 the same way, but I understand its virtually the same virus so it seems reasonable to think it would. Either way, this experience has been a weird amazing trip, and every day I go without getting a cold sore reinforces my belief in MMS. Its hard to convince people of its benefits and I believe some people will never accept or try it no matter what proof or empirical evidence you offer them. But that's just down to the individual I guess. If you're reading this and suffering with HSV1 or 2 then please read my testimonial above and give it a try. I'll check in again next year with another update. My heart goes out to you all.

Hi Hicks. I have the break out occassionally on my nose. Did you mix the three drops on the hour---every hour? I did not. I made up a pre-measured solution in a glass baby bottle that I kept chilled in a thermo sack. I spoke to Mark G awhile back and he recommended that the pre-made solution may weaken and it may have been better to mix 3 drops every time on the hour.

Let me know and thank you.

Hi cuccindavid.

I made my MMS each morning before going to work. I mixed a 24 drop solution and stored it in an airtight container. I took 2 -3 sips each hour on the hour until it was all gone. I mixed a couple of drops of DMSO into the mix 2 - 3 times a week as well (although the taste is almost unbearable!). I believe it is best to mix each dose fresh, but of course it isn't always convenient or even possible to do this if you're very busy or driving etc. It seems to have worked so far any way. The protocols seem to be evolving all the time, so Mark and Joe are the experts and I'd always take their advice over all else.

Thanks for your comment and good luck to you.

It ihas been over a year since you first wrote about your Herpes, which you'd had for 7 months. I am curious how you have done since?
I had genital Herpes for about 10 years. I am not sure how that relates to Herpes Simplex 1 or 2. But, it was miserable at first and then gradually settled into medium grade awfulness over a few years with seemingly regular outbreaks once a week or more. I started taking MMS protocols for flues and the like without even considering it might help Herpes because of Herpes rep for not being able to be cured. Then, to try and handle a sinus condition, I started taking it consistently 6 or 7 times a day, 3 drops a shot. After 2 weeks or a little less, I stopped the protocol with some improvement in my sinuses. A month later I realized my Herpes hadn't acted up for over a month. It has now been 3 or 4 years and I have had no herpes outbreaks at all. I consider myself cured. For this and other reasons, MMS is my number one go to solution for viral and bacterial problems. I've only ever done Protocol 1000. Except I have used DMSO to apply MMS to a possible cancer on my nose. That seems to have cleared up from using occasional several day doses of regular MMS. I also had occasional Herpes outbreaks on my lips and gums. These never seemed very severe, but they have stopped as well, gone for years.
My opinion is that anyone with herpes should be on Protocol 1000 at a minimum. And then one can try baths and enemas and douches and topical as you see fit. But, get the basics going right away.
