ajdunna Topic Author Offline New Member Posts: 2 Thank you received: 2	Hi there! I have started doing the CDS 2 hour protocol for Herpes 2. My question is if I'm am still having outbreaks should I continue with the protocol past the 3 weeks? I am also using Monolaurin and DMSO on the spine. Cheers

CLO2 Offline Administrator Posts: 5581 Thank you received: 4415	Would you tell us what dosing you are using and what is the CLO2 ppm of your CDS? Besides following protocol 115 fifteen minute dosing for two hours, I suggest you also continue hourly dosing after that for another 6 or more hours daily. I would say to continue on the protocol until OBs are gone, although I am not experienced with this ailment, rather I am quoting what others have said.

Thanks for getting back to me. Its 3000 ppm and I am taking 1ml per 15 minutes for 2 hours. I am not finding it hard at all but I would find it difficult to fit in the extra hours because of work. I think I'll just keep doing the 2 hours until I don't have an OB for 1 month. I have also been taking all the triggers to try and activate it....chocolate, peanut butter and other nuts.

I will be a guinea pig doing it this way as there does not seem to any testimonials of doing it this way.
