Hi does anyone know about what kind of diet I can have while I’m on pre protocol or after pre protocol for Herpes 1&2 or what can I eat time my breakfast lunch and dinner ? Or how long I have to wait to drink my mms after my meal or before my meal? And what kind of vitamins I have to take when I’m on protocol 1000+?
Thank you !!
Best regards

Per a post by Pam - "you can eat during the 8 hrs you on protocol - just try not to eat at the same time you're dosing - give yourself 15-30 mins between dosing and eating"

I take my dose - then wait 15 mins or so and then eat. I try not to do any snacking during the day, just meals. I also stopped coffee - you're not to drink caffeinated drinks such as coffee, tea and vit c or juices with added vit c - they will cancel out the mms

There a different between people that never suffer a breakout and people that have that experience. In my case i cant say I got it because my test came negative so the doctor did not give me any antiviral drugs. So I have to suffer the infection. But I conquer the infection using MMS2 and CINNAMON in powder. Cinnamon over the blister stop the infection and MMS2 1/4 pills 4 times a day clear the infection the next day. Again my test was negative, my urologist said that there other infection that look like herpes and behave like herpes but are not herpes. Well Today is been two week clear and Im in the MMS 1000 protocol just in case my body have something that i can kill with the MMS. So far no adverse reaction. Im Chemist and this is blowing my mind big time.

One can drink what they like, avoiding OJ, Vit C added , caffeine and high anti oxidants like some teas.

Lemon juice will kill the CLO2. That is out.
Black tea probably has antioxidants. That is out.
Water is good. :)

Sweetleaf brand stevia drops are fine. I prefer their SteviaClear without added flavors, although they make many flavors.

CDH should have no taste if 4% HCL is used to activate it. Classic MMS will taste better if 4% HCL is used but citric acid tastes terrible to me. MMS should be activated 60 seconds.

The capsule method is tasteless, too.

Let us know what works best for you.

Thanks!
