you might get some Calcium Benetonite to help purge your body of chemical buildup , drink lots of water,
See my posts for where to find cheaply. same with Diaotomaceous Earth for clearing Parasites well at least a good start.

I would not stress with foods that have natural VitC as they are processed differently by the body. What must be watched out for is processed foods with Added VitC (not so good imo) as they will tend to negate the effects of MMS directly.

Moringa is a great substance to have in the diet, and we take it in our meals with little consideration to effecting MMS. Well done for getting your hands on it! It really works wonders on all our treatment patients.

Take moringa 2 hours after your last dose for the day. It has proven to be a strong anti-oxident.

Hey everyone.
Just wanted to check in and let you all know how i was doing...
So i had a follow up with a Dr. about my genitals & other skin issues. He said it Was Not my HSV1 and prescribed me a steroid cream. I've read steroid creamed make the herp worse, and this actually took care of it. He also said my other rashes were eczema.
I have read online about others you developed skin disorders after no longer consuming THC. I now believe that between my THC detox, the winter, and the stress of both my breakup & HSV1 diagnosis are what caused my skin to flare up, as well as an allergic reaction to the lube i was using on my genitals. Sorry if that's TMI, but i just want others to know, if reading this all and fearing from similar symptoms, that not everything is herpes! LOL!
It's hard when you're 1st told because everything wrong with your skin seems to be connected. At least for me it was. However after calming down and using the steroid cream things have gotten Much Better! I haven't made too many changes to my diet because I'm still trying to find triggers.
My skin has cleared up a lot but my ex is still suffering from a very similar looking rash. He has a Dr.'s appointment Friday so i am a little anxious to see what his Dr. thinks. He has health insurance so i'm hoping his Dr. takes a little more time to figure out what's going in with him. Hopefully it will provide me with more answers.
I do feel tons better though because I've been reading a lot of HSV forums and don't feel as alone as in the beginning. Another thing that eased my mind is my Dr. told me "HSV1 is NOT an STD, it's a social disease." He also told me that because it was so common that i "did not have to disclose it with further partners". I don't exactly know how i feel about that.. but it was still nice to hear from a health "professional". I know what my diagnosis did to me mentally, physically, and spiritually, and would never want to put anyone else through that.
My ex and I were monogamous for 10 months, his test came back negative. -and we did everything under the Sun, unprotected. So there's a good chance I have yet to ever have an OB and that he really is just suffering from some poorly times eczema such as myself. Although i do know there is still a chance his body might not have had enough time to build antibodies from our last contact when i Might have been experience an OB. Only time will tell.
I've read a lot of forums where one person in a couple will have HSV1 and the other doesn't. They don't use protection and have been doing so for many years. So I am beginning to have high hopes about having a "normal" relationship.
I did, however, purchase a few vitamins to further lower my chances of OBs just incase. I also still plan on following the forum in hopes of successful cure stories. It just seems to me that without getting the money to go to Bulgaria the MMS process seems kind of useless to someone like me with just HSV1.
I just wanted to thank everyone for their help and support through this all. It really gave me the confidence to get my state of mind back in order. I also know now what foods and vitamins to consume. Although i have no intent to use the MMS by myself, i still hope to save enough money to go to Bulgaria to have my health restored because even though i am feeling a lot better about everything I would really love to have my health restored and not to have the herp always in the back of my mind.
Best of lucky to everyone, and may the force be with you!!! :cheer:
