Hello fellow MMS-ers,

I have been on MMS for 65 days. Taking 6 drops hourly for 8-9 hours.

I recently added DMSO orally and topically, then dropped the DMSO orally as it was making me sick.

I have been doing MMS/DMSO topically for just over 2 weeks now, twice a day.

The problem is, all of this is making me feel sick, tired and accompanied with water diarrhea. I dont know what I should cut back on.

I want to continue with the DMSO topically as I feel I need it to penetrate my neck and spine.

I am just fed up and feel drained

Goodness Delite

Taking 6x8 drops a day would finish my constitution with diarrhea and also leave me feeling drained. You don't say what you are treating? I know you may have answered this in another thread somewhere, so I apologise for asking again.

After 65 days - you should have seen an improvement in your condition in some way. I would reduce the MMS to twice a day at 6-8 drops and take DMSO with reach dose, but not mix them. I take my DMSO as a shooter with water (1 tbl sp DMSO with 50ml water) after having taken my MMS.

Another improvement you should try is taking CDS. If you don't have a still, use the RBS method (see alternative method of making CDS using a syringe in a bottle)

What strength DMSO are you applying. I got 99% strength and reduced it to 70% which I use for ingestion and topical application.

Also to recover your drained feeling - you should take a break for two or three days and just hydrate, eat fresh food and some quality minerals (especially Himalayan salt) and try get mild exercise to assist your detox.

I'm treating a possible herpes infection. My partner tested positive so I have been taking MMS.

I am using 99.9% DMSO topically. I want to continue with the MMS orally and DMSO topically for another 1.5 weeks and then get tested. Then I will give myself a break. My body has had enough of MMS but I was taking it without using DMSO topically, so I feel i should continue for a little longer to maximized the addition of the DMSO rubs.

And, I have been drinking plenty of water between doses, but I do feel drained

Delite,

Please use the 70%DMSO on your skin.... the 100% will burn and possibly scar your skin.

Just fyi

Mac,

I have been using it neat and it has been torture. I started to dilute it with equal amounts of water.

Thanks

Ok....so, it's now a 50% DMSO then ?.... am assuming you are using distilled water .... yes ? :-)

Try to get it to 70% to be effective.

Mac,

Will do. I started to dilute just this morning. Thanks for the info. I would have been using at 50%.

You learn something new everyday...lol

And yes, distilled water.

Delite - thanks for the update.

It is reported in the main info's on DMSO that 99% would likely cause skin irritation, and that the 99% has been reported to be not as effective as the diluted versions. As I said (and I agree with Mac) that the 70% dilution is suitable. If you need any verification, I will dig up my references.

As Jim says in the books, if you hammer your body with detox, at some stage you will experience and effect, either tiredness of herx. So go easy on yourself, AND please focus on the best nutrition you can manage. My main advice to all my support group is that they move as close to a vegan diet as they can get, with sourcing organic foods if at all possible.
