Hello,

I was wondering if you can help me. I recently came across the capsule method and was very pleased as I just cannot get past the taste of MMS but very badly want to be cured.

I have one question however, I was very keen to use the method where I make up a batch for the day and take around with me, I have followed the protocol from here

However I am confused when it comes to the water I know i do the following:

Mix the 50% citric acid and MMS together by following the table

Wait 20 seconds

Then add the specified drops of water and wait 5 minutes for it to staibilize

When I come to take my first dose (for example say I am on 4 drops and hour) I have the large 00 size capsules do I add the 2 drops into one capsule and

THEN ADD MORE WATER?

OR SIMPLY TAKE THE CAPSULEs WITH THE DROPS FROM THE DROPPER BOTTLE THAT I HAVE MIXED UP

I am confused as the beginiing of the protocol when it descirbes how to mix up one does says to add x amount of drops of water, but then when it describes how to make up a batch of doses for the day it doesnt say to add water?

Im confused! Please help!

Posts: 505 Thank you received: 702	hi Lily, - You simply put the number of drops in the right-hand column, of the mixture from the activated MMS and water drops in the center 3 columns, into the capsule, and take it immediately (it will dissolve in 20 seconds or so!) Hello Again!

I was wondering if you were able to help.....again

I have been doing 7 drops and would like to try a higher dose, however I cant seem to find a pattern in the calculations of each column? Apart from the 1st and 2nd column which you seem to multiply by 8? But then when you get to 7 drops and this states 54 drops of mms which isnt a result of multiplying 7 x 8 as thats 56?

Is it a case of different calculations for higher doses??

Your help is greatly greatly appreciated.

Here are the amounts for 8 capsules of 8, 9 & 10 drops:

Dose - MMS - Citric - Water - # Drops
8 / 64 / 64 / 48 / 22
9 / 72 / 72 / 56 / 25
10 / 80 / 80 / 64 / 28

I don't know if 28 drops will fit in a #000 capsule, but I think it will. You will need to be very fast in counting the drops out and taking the capsule, so it doesn't dissolve in your throat - I recommend taking a big drink of water to wash it down!

For 10 caps/day:

Dose - MMS - Citric - Water - # Drops
8 / 80 / 80 / 60 / 22
9 / 90 / 90 / 70 / 25
10 / 100 / 100 / 80 / 28

For any chronic viral conditions, I recommend taking the MMS2 for five doses a day with 10 caps of MMS - that is what helps make an anti-viral program most effective.
